וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר׃
Vayedaber Adonay el Moshé lemor:
And the Eternal spoke to Moshe, saying:
25:2
דַּבֵּר אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְיִקְחוּ־לִי תְּרוּמָה מֵאֵת כָּל־אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִדְּבֶנּוּ לִבּוֹ תִּקְחוּ אֶת־תְּרוּמָתִי׃
Daber el benei Israel veyikju li terumah me'et kol ish asher yidvenu libo tikju et terumati:
Speak to the children of Israel, that they shall take for Me an offering; from every person whose heart moves him willingly you shall take My offering.
25:3
וְזֹאת הַתְּרוּמָה אֲשֶׁר תִּקְחוּ מֵאִתָּם זָהָב וָכֶסֶף וּנְחֹשֶׁת׃
Vezot ha-terumah asher tikju me'itam zahav va-kesef unejoshet:
And this is the offering that you shall take from them: gold, silver, and copper.
25:4
וּתְכֵלֶת וְאַרְגָּמָן וְתוֹלַעַת שָׁנִי וְשֵׁשׁ וְעִזִּים׃
Utejelet ve-argaman vetola'at shani veshesh ve'izim:
Blue, purple, and crimson wool; fine linen and goat hair.
25:5
וְעֹרֹת אֵילִם מְאָדָּמִים וְעֹרֹת תְּחָשִׁים וַעֲצֵי שִׁטִּים׃
Ve'orot elim me'odamim ve'orot tejashim va'atzei shitim:
Ram skins dyed red, tachash skins, and acacia wood.
25:6
שֶׁמֶן לַמָּאֹר בְּשָׂמִים לְשֶׁמֶן הַמִּשְׁחָה וְלִקְטֹרֶת הַסַּמִּים׃
Shemen la-ma'or besamim leshemen ha-mishchah veliktoret ha-samim:
Oil for lighting, spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense.
25:7
אַבְנֵי־שֹׁהַם וְאַבְנֵי מִלֻּאִים לָאֵפֹד וְלַחֹשֶׁן׃
Avnei shoham ve-avnei miluim la-efod vela-choshen:
Onyx stones and filling stones for the ephod and for the breastplate.
25:8
וְעָשׂוּ לִי מִקְדָּשׁ וְשָׁכַנְתִּי בְּתוֹכָם׃
Ve'asu li mikdash veshachanti betocham:
And they shall make for Me a Sanctuary, and I shall dwell among them.
25:9
כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי מַרְאֶה אוֹתְךָ אֵת תַּבְנִית הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְאֵת תַּבְנִית כָּל־כֵּלָיו וְכֵן תַּעֲשׂוּ׃
Kechol asher ani mar'eh otcha et tavnit ha-mishkan ve-et tavnit kol kelav vechen ta'asu:
According to everything that I show you, the pattern of the Mishkan and the pattern of all its vessels, so shall you do.
25:10
וְעָשׂוּ אֲרוֹן עֲצֵי שִׁטִּים אַמָּתַיִם וָחֵצִי אָרְכּוֹ וְאַמָּה וָחֵצִי רָחְבּוֹ וְאַמָּה וָחֵצִי קֹמָתוֹ׃
Ve'asu aron atzei shitim amatayim va-chetzi orko ve-amma va-chetzi rochbo ve-amma va-chetzi komato:
They shall make an Ark of acacia wood; two and a half cubits its length, one and a half cubits its width, and one and a half cubits its height.
25:11
וְצִפִּיתָ אֹתוֹ זָהָב טָהוֹר מִבַּיִת וּמִחוּץ תְּצַפֶּנּוּ וְעָשִׂיתָ עָלָיו זֵר זָהָב סָבִיב׃
Vetzipíta otó zahav tahor mibáyit umijutz tetzapénu ve'asíta alav zer zahav savív:
You shall overlay it with pure gold; from inside and from outside you shall overlay it, and you shall make upon it a crown of gold all around.
25:12
וְיָצַקְתָּ לּוֹ אַרְבַּע טַבְּעֹת זָהָב וְנָתַתָּה עַל אַרְבַּע פַּעֲמֹתָיו וּשְׁתֵּי טַבָּעוֹת עַל צַלְעוֹ הָאֶחָת וּשְׁתֵּי טַבָּעוֹת עַל צַלְעוֹ הַשֵּׁנִית׃
Veyatzáktá lo arba tabáot zahav venatátah al arba pa'amotav ushtei tabáot al tzaleó ha'ejat ushtei tabáot al tzaleó hashenít:
You shall cast for it four gold rings and place them on its four corners: two rings on one side and two rings on the second side.
25:13
וְעָשִׂיתָ בַדֵּי עֲצֵי שִׁטִּים וְצִפִּיתָ אֹתָם זָהָב׃
Ve'asíta badei atzé shitím vetzipíta otam zahav:
You shall make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold.
25:14
וְהֵבֵאתָ אֶת הַבַּדִּים בַּטַּבָּעוֹת עַל צַלְעֹת הָאָרֹן לָשֵׂאת אֶת הָאָרֹן בָּהֶם׃
Vehevéta et habadím batabáot al tzaleót ha'aron lasét et ha'aron bahem:
You shall bring the poles into the rings on the sides of the Ark, to carry the Ark with them.
25:15
בְּטַבְּעֹת הָאָרֹן יִהְיוּ הַבַּדִּים לֹא יָסֻרוּ מִמֶּנּוּ׃
Betabáot ha'aron yihyú habadím lo yasúru miménu:
The poles shall remain in the rings of the Ark; they shall not be removed from it.
25:16
וְנָתַתָּ אֶל הָאָרֹן אֵת הָעֵדֻת אֲשֶׁר אֶתֵּן אֵלֶיךָ׃
Venatátah el ha'aron et ha'edut asher eten eléja:
And you shall place into the Ark the Testimony that I shall give you.
Aliyah 2 — Exodus 25:17–40

וְעָשִׂיתָ כַפֹּרֶת זָהָב טָהוֹר אַמָּתַיִם וָחֵצִי אָרְכָּהּ וְאַמָּה וָחֵצִי רָחְבָּהּ
Ve’asita kaporet zahav tahor; amatayim vachétsi orkó, ve’amah vachétsi rojavó.
You shall make a cover of pure gold; two and a half cubits its length, and a cubit and a half its width.
25:18
וְעָשִׂיתָ שְׁנַיִם כְּרֻבִים זָהָב מִקְשָׁה תַּעֲשֶׂה אֹתָם מִשְּׁנֵי קְצוֹת הַכַּפֹּרֶת
Ve’asita shenayim keruvim zahav; mikshah ta’aseh otam, mishnei ketzot hakaporet.
You shall make two cherubim of gold; of one hammered piece you shall make them, at the two ends of the cover.
25:19
וַעֲשֵׂה כְרוּב אֶחָד מִקָּצָה מִזֶּה וּכְרוּב אֶחָד מִקָּצָה מִזֶּה מִן־הַכַּפֹּרֶת תַּעֲשׂוּ אֶת־הַכְּרֻבִים עַל־שְׁנֵי קְצוֹתָיו
Va’aseh keruv echad mikatzah mizeh, ukeruv echad mikatzah mizeh; min hakaporet ta’asu et hakeruvim al shnei ketzotav.
Make one cherub at one end and one cherub at the other end; from the cover itself you shall make the cherubim on its two ends.
25:20
וְהָיוּ הַכְּרֻבִים פֹּרְשֵׂי כְנָפַיִם לְמַעְלָה סֹכְכִים בְּכַנְפֵיהֶם עַל־הַכַּפֹּרֶת וּפְנֵיהֶם אִישׁ אֶל־אָחִיו אֶל־הַכַּפֹּרֶת יִהְיוּ פְּנֵי הַכְּרֻבִים
Vehayu hakeruvim porshei kenafayim lema’alah; sojechim bekanfeihem al hakaporet; ufeneihem ish el achiv; el hakaporet yihyu penei hakeruvim.
The cherubim shall spread their wings upward, covering the cover with their wings, and their faces shall be toward one another; toward the cover shall the faces of the cherubim be.
25:21
וְנָתַתָּ אֶת־הַכַּפֹּרֶת עַל־הָאָרֹן מִלְמָעְלָה וְאֶל־הָאָרֹן תִּתֵּן אֶת־הָעֵדֻת אֲשֶׁר אֶתֵּן אֵלֶיךָ
Venatata et hakaporet al ha’aron milma’alah; ve’el ha’aron titen et ha’edut asher eten eilecha.
You shall place the cover upon the Ark from above, and into the Ark you shall put the Testimony that I shall give you.
25:22
וְנוֹעַדְתִּי לְךָ שָׁם וְדִבַּרְתִּי אִתְּךָ מֵעַל הַכַּפֹּרֶת מִבֵּין שְׁנֵי הַכְּרֻבִים אֲשֶׁר עַל־אֲרוֹן הָעֵדֻת אֵת כָּל־אֲשֶׁר אֲצַוֶּה אוֹתְךָ אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל
Veno’adeti lecha sham; vedibarti itcha me’al hakaporet, mibein shnei hakeruvim asher al aron ha’edut; et kol asher atzaveh otcha el Bnei Yisrael.
There I will meet with you, and I will speak with you from above the cover, from between the two cherubim that are upon the Ark of the Testimony, all that I will command you for the children of Israel.
25:23
וְעָשִׂיתָ שֻׁלְחָן עֲצֵי שִׁטִּים אַמָּתַיִם אָרְכּוֹ וְאַמָּה רָחְבּוֹ וְאַמָּה וָחֵצִי קֹמָתוֹ
Ve’asita shulchan atzei shittim; amatayim orkó, ve’amah rojavó, ve’amah vachétsi komató.
You shall make a table of acacia wood; two cubits its length, one cubit its width, and a cubit and a half its height.
25:24
וְצִפִּיתָ אֹתוֹ זָהָב טָהוֹר וְעָשִׂיתָ לוֹ זֵר זָהָב סָבִיב
Vetzipita oto zahav tahor; ve’asita lo zer zahav saviv.
You shall overlay it with pure gold and make for it a gold crown all around.
25:25
וְעָשִׂיתָ לוֹ מִסְגֶּרֶת טֹפַח סָבִיב וְעָשִׂיתָ זֵר זָהָב לְמִסְגַּרְתּוֹ סָבִיב
Ve’asita lo misgeret tofaj saviv; ve’asita zer zahav lemizgarto saviv.
You shall make for it a frame a handbreadth wide around, and make a gold crown for its frame all around.
25:26
וְעָשִׂיתָ לּוֹ אַרְבַּע טַבְּעֹת זָהָב וְנָתַתָּ אֶת־הַטַּבָּעוֹת עַל אַרְבַּע הַפֵּאֹת אֲשֶׁר לְאַרְבַּע רַגְלָיו
Ve’asita lo arba taba’ot zahav; venatata et hataba’ot al arba hape’ot asher le’arba raglav.
You shall make for it four rings of gold and place the rings at the four corners that are on its four legs.
25:27
לְעֻמַּת הַמִּסְגֶּרֶת תִּהְיֶיןָ הַטַּבָּעוֹת לְבָתִּים לְבַדִּים לָשֵׂאת אֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָן
Le’umat hamisgeret tihyena hataba’ot levatim levadim laset et hashulchan.
The rings shall be close to the frame as holders for the poles to carry the table.
25:28
וְעָשִׂיתָ אֶת־הַבַּדִּים עֲצֵי שִׁטִּים וְצִפִּיתָ אֹתָם זָהָב וְנִשָּׂא בָם אֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָן
Ve’asita et habadim atzei shittim; vetzipita otam zahav; venisa vam et hashulchan.
You shall make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, and the table shall be carried with them.
25:29
וְעָשִׂיתָ קְעָרֹתָיו וְכַפֹּתָיו וּקְשֹׂתָיו וּמְנַקִּיֹּתָיו אֲשֶׁר יֻסַּךְ בָּהֵן זָהָב טָהוֹר תַּעֲשֶׂה אֹתָם
Ve’asita ke’arotav vekapotav uksotav umenakiotav asher yusach bahen; zahav tahor ta’aseh otam.
You shall make its dishes, its spoons, its bowls, and its pitchers with which to pour; of pure gold you shall make them.
25:30
וְנָתַתָּ עַל־הַשֻּׁלְחָן לֶחֶם פָּנִים לְפָנַי תָּמִיד
Venatata al hashulchan lechem panim lefanai tamid.
You shall set the showbread on the table before Me continually.
25:31
וְעָשִׂיתָ מְנֹרַת זָהָב טָהוֹר מִקְשָׁה תֵּעָשֶׂה הַמְּנֹרָה יְרֵכָהּ וְקָנָהּ גְּבִיעֶיהָ כַפְתֹּרֶיהָ וּפְרָחֶיהָ מִמֶּנָּה יִהְיוּ
Ve’asita menorat zahav tahor; mikshah te’aseh hamenorah; yerechah vekanah; gevi’eha kaftoreha uferacheha mimenah yihyu.
You shall make a Menorah of pure gold; of hammered work shall the Menorah be made; its base, its shaft, its cups, its knobs, and its flowers shall be of one piece with it.
25:32
וְשִׁשָּׁה קָנִים יֹצְאִים מִצִּדֶּיהָ שְׁלֹשָׁה קְנֵי מְנֹרָה מִצִּדָּהּ הָאֶחָד וּשְׁלֹשָׁה קְנֵי מְנֹרָה מִצִּדָּהּ הַשֵּׁנִי
Veshishah kanim yotze’im mitzideha; shloshah kenei menorah mitzidah ha’echad, ushloshah kenei menorah mitzidah hasheni.
Six branches shall extend from its sides; three branches of the Menorah from one side, and three branches of the Menorah from the other side.
25:33
שְׁלֹשָׁה גְבִיעִים מְשֻׁקָּדִים בַּקָּנֶה הָאֶחָד כַּפְתֹּר וָפֶרַח וּשְׁלֹשָׁה גְבִיעִים מְשֻׁקָּדִים בַּקָּנֶה הָאֶחָד כַּפְתֹּר וָפָרַח כֵּן לְשֵׁשֶׁת הַקָּנִים הַיֹּצְאִים מִן־הַמְּנֹרָה
Shloshah gevi’im meshukadim bakaneh ha’echad, kaftor vaferach; ushloshah gevi’im meshukadim bakaneh ha’echad, kaftor vafarach; ken lesheshet hakanim hayotze’im min hamenorah.
Three almond-shaped cups on one branch, with a knob and a flower; and three almond-shaped cups on the other branch, with a knob and a flower; so for the six branches that extend from the Menorah.
25:34
וּבַמְּנֹרָה אַרְבָּעָה גְבִיעִים מְשֻׁקָּדִים כַּפְתֹּרֶיהָ וּפְרָחֶיהָ
U’vamenorah arba’ah gevi’im meshukadim, kaftoreha uferacheha.
And on the Menorah itself shall be four almond-shaped cups, with its knobs and its flowers.
25:35
וְכַפְתֹּר תַּחַת שְׁנֵי הַקָּנִים מִמֶּנָּה וְכַפְתֹּר תַּחַת שְׁנֵי הַקָּנִים מִמֶּנָּה וְכַפְתֹּר תַּחַת שְׁנֵי הַקָּנִים מִמֶּנָּה לְשֵׁשֶׁת הַקָּנִים הַיֹּצְאִים מִן־הַמְּנֹרָה
Vekaftor tachat shnei hakanim mimenah; vekaftor tachat shnei hakanim mimenah; vekaftor tachat shnei hakanim mimenah; lesheshet hakanim hayotze’im min hamenorah.
A knob under two branches of it, a knob under two branches of it, and a knob under two branches of it, for the six branches extending from the Menorah.
25:36
כַּפְתֹּרֵיהֶם וּקְנֹתָם מִמֶּנָּה יִהְיוּ כֻּלָּהּ מִקְשָׁה אַחַת זָהָב טָהוֹר
Kaftorehem ukenotam mimenah yihyu; kulah mikshah achat zahav tahor.
Their knobs and their branches shall be of one piece with it; all of it shall be one hammered piece of pure gold.
25:37
וְעָשִׂיתָ אֶת־נֵרֹתֶיהָ שִׁבְעָה וְהֶעֱלָה אֶת־נֵרֹתֶיהָ וְהֵאִיר עַל־עֵבֶר פָּנֶיהָ
Ve’asita et neroteha shiv’ah; vehe’elah et neroteha; vehe’ir al ever paneha.
You shall make its lamps seven; and they shall light its lamps so that they give light in front of it.
25:38
וּמַלְקָחֶיהָ וּמַחְתֹּתֶיהָ זָהָב טָהוֹר
U’malkacheha u’machtoteha zahav tahor.
Its wick trimmers and its fire pans shall be of pure gold.
25:39
כִּכַּר זָהָב טָהוֹר יַעֲשֶׂה אֹתָהּ אֵת כָּל־הַכֵּלִים הָאֵלֶּה
Kikar zahav tahor ya’aseh otah et kol hakeilim ha’eleh.
Of a talent of pure gold he shall make it, with all these utensils.
25:40
וּרְאֵה וַעֲשֵׂה בְּתַבְנִיתָם אֲשֶׁר אַתָּה מָרְאֶה בָּהָר
U’re’eh va’aseh betavnítam asher ata mor’eh bahar.
See and make them according to their pattern which you are shown on the mountain.
Aliyah 3 — Exodus 26:1–14

וְאֶת־הַמִּשְׁכָּן תַּעֲשֶׂה עֶשֶׂר יְרִיעֹת שֵׁשׁ מָשְׁזָר וּתְכֵלֶת וְאַרְגָּמָן וְתֹלַעַת שָׁנִי כְּרֻבִים מַעֲשֵׂה חֹשֵׁב תַּעֲשֶׂה אֹתָם
Ve’et hamishkan ta’aseh eser yeri’ot; shesh mashzar utechelet ve’argaman vetola’at shani; keruvim ma’aseh choshev ta’aseh otam.
You shall make the Tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twisted linen, blue, purple, and scarlet thread; with cherubim skillfully worked you shall make them.
26:2
אֹרֶךְ הַיְרִיעָה הָאַחַת שְׁמֹנֶה וְעֶשְׂרִים בָּאַמָּה וְרֹחַב אַרְבַּע בָּאַמָּה הַיְרִיעָה הָאֶחָת מִדָּה אַחַת לְכָל־הַיְרִיעֹת
Orej hayeri’ah ha’achát shemoneh ve’esrim ba’amah; verochav arba ba’amah; hayeri’ah ha’achát; midah achat lechol hayeri’ot.
The length of each curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits; one measure for all the curtains.
26:3
חָמֵשׁ הַיְרִיעֹת תִּהְיֶיןָ חֹבְרֹת אִשָּׁה אֶל־אֲחֹתָהּ וְחָמֵשׁ יְרִיעֹת חֹבְרֹת אִשָּׁה אֶל־אֲחֹתָהּ
Chamesh hayeri’ot tihyena chovrot ishah el achotah; vechamesh yeri’ot chovrot ishah el achotah.
Five curtains shall be joined one to another, and five curtains shall be joined one to another.
26:4
וְעָשִׂיתָ לֻלְאֹת תְּכֵלֶת עַל־שְׂפַת הַיְרִיעָה הָאֶחָת מִקָּצָה בַּחֹבָרֶת וְכֵן תַּעֲשֶׂה בִּשְׂפַת הַיְרִיעָה הַקִּיצֹנָה בַּמַּחְבֶּרֶת הַשֵּׁנִית
Ve’asita lula’ot techelet al sefat hayeri’ah ha’achát mikatzah bachoveret; vechen ta’aseh bisfat hayeri’ah hakitzonah bamachberet hashenit.
You shall make loops of blue on the edge of the one curtain at the end of the first set; and likewise you shall do on the edge of the outer curtain in the second set.
26:5
חֲמִשִּׁים לֻלְאֹת תַּעֲשֶׂה בַּיְרִיעָה הָאֶחָת וַחֲמִשִּׁים לֻלְאֹת תַּעֲשֶׂה בִּקְצֵה הַיְרִיעָה אֲשֶׁר בַּמַּחְבֶּרֶת הַשֵּׁנִית מַקְבִּילֹת הַלֻּלָאֹת אִשָּׁה אֶל־אֲחֹתָהּ
Chamishim lula’ot ta’aseh bayeri’ah ha’achát; vachamishim lula’ot ta’aseh biketze hayeri’ah asher bamachberet hashenit; makbilot halula’ot ishah el achotah.
Fifty loops you shall make in the one curtain, and fifty loops you shall make at the edge of the curtain that is in the second set; the loops shall be opposite one another.
26:6
וְעָשִׂיתָ חֲמִשִּׁים קַרְסֵי זָהָב וְחִבַּרְתָּ אֶת־הַיְרִיעֹת אִשָּׁה אֶל־אֲחֹתָהּ בַּקְּרָסִים וְהָיָה הַמִּשְׁכָּן אֶחָד
Ve’asita chamishim karsei zahav; vechibarta et hayeri’ot ishah el achotah bakrasim; vehayah hamishkan echad.
You shall make fifty gold clasps and join the curtains one to another with the clasps, so that the Tabernacle shall be one.
26:7
וְעָשִׂיתָ יְרִיעֹת עִזִּים לְאֹהֶל עַל־הַמִּשְׁכָּן עַשְׂתֵּי עֶשְׂרֵה יְרִיעֹת תַּעֲשֶׂה אֹתָם
Ve’asita yeri’ot izim le’ohel al hamishkan; ashtei esreh yeri’ot ta’aseh otam.
You shall make curtains of goats’ hair for a tent over the Tabernacle; eleven curtains you shall make.
26:8
אֹרֶךְ הַיְרִיעָה הָאַחַת שְׁלֹשִׁים בָּאַמָּה וְרֹחַב אַרְבַּע בָּאַמָּה הַיְרִיעָה הָאֶחָת מִדָּה אַחַת לְעַשְׁתֵּי עֶשְׂרֵה הַיְרִיעֹת
Orej hayeri’ah ha’achát sheloshim ba’amah; verochav arba ba’amah; hayeri’ah ha’achát; midah achat le’ashtei esreh hayeri’ot.
The length of each curtain shall be thirty cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits; one measure for the eleven curtains.
26:9
וְחִבַּרְתָּ אֶת־חָמֵשׁ הַיְרִיעֹת לְבָד וְאֶת־שֵׁשׁ הַיְרִיעֹת לְבָד וְכָפַלְתָּ אֶת־הַיְרִיעָה הַשִּׁשִּׁית אֶל־מוּל פְּנֵי הָאֹהֶל
Vechibarta et chamesh hayeri’ot levad, ve’et shesh hayeri’ot levad; vechafalta et hayeri’ah hashishit el mul penei ha’ohel.
You shall join five curtains by themselves and six curtains by themselves; and you shall double the sixth curtain at the front of the tent.
26:10
וְעָשִׂיתָ חֲמִשִּׁים לֻלְאֹת עַל־שְׂפַת הַיְרִיעָה הָאֶחָת הַקִּיצֹנָה בַּחֹבָרֶת וַחֲמִשִּׁים לֻלְאֹת עַל־שְׂפַת הַיְרִיעָה הַחֹבֶרֶת הַשֵּׁנִית
Ve’asita chamishim lula’ot al sefat hayeri’ah ha’achát hakitzonah bachoveret; vachamishim lula’ot al sefat hayeri’ah hachoveret hashenit.
You shall make fifty loops on the edge of the one curtain at the end of the first set, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that joins the second set.
26:11
וְעָשִׂיתָ חֲמִשִּׁים קַרְסֵי נְחֹשֶׁת וְהֵבֵאתָ אֶת־הַקְּרָסִים בַּלֻּלָאֹת וְחִבַּרְתָּ אֶת־הָאֹהֶל וְהָיָה אֶחָד
Ve’asita chamishim karsei nechoshet; veheveita et hakrasim balula’ot; vechibarta et ha’ohel; vehayah echad.
You shall make fifty bronze clasps and put the clasps into the loops, and join the tent together, that it may be one.
26:12
וְסֶרַח הָעֹדֵף בִּירִיעֹת הָאֹהֶל חֲצִי הַיְרִיעָה הָעֹדֶפֶת תִּסְרַח עַל־אֲחוֹרֵי הַמִּשְׁכָּן
Veserach ha’odef bayeri’ot ha’ohel; chatzi hayeri’ah ha’odefet tisrach al achorei hamishkan.
The excess that remains of the curtains of the tent, half the curtain that remains, shall hang over the back of the Tabernacle.
26:13
וְהָאַמָּה מִזֶּה וְהָאַמָּה מִזֶּה בָּעֹדֵף בְּאֹרֶךְ יְרִיעֹת הָאֹהֶל יִהְיֶה סָרוּחַ עַל־צִדֵּי הַמִּשְׁכָּן מִזֶּה וּמִזֶּה לְכַסֹּתוֹ
Veha’amah mizeh veha’amah mizeh ba’odef be’orech yeri’ot ha’ohel; yihyeh saruach al tzidei hamishkan mizeh umizeh lechasoto.
A cubit on one side and a cubit on the other of what remains in the length of the tent curtains shall hang over the sides of the Tabernacle on this side and that side, to cover it.
26:14
וְעָשִׂיתָ מִכְסֶה לָאֹהֶל עֹרֹת אֵילִם מְאָדָּמִים וּמִכְסֶה עֹרֹת תְּחָשִׁים מִלְמָעְלָה
Ve’asita michseh la’ohel orot eilim me’odamim; umichseh orot techashim milma’alah.
You shall make a covering for the tent of ram skins dyed red, and a covering of tachash skins above.

Shtei yadot lakéresh ha’echad meshulavot ishah el achotah; ken ta’aseh lechol karshei hamishkan.
Two tenons shall each board have, joined one to another; thus shall you do for all the boards of the Tabernacle.
26:18
וְעָשִׂיתָ אֶת־הַקְּרָשִׁים לַמִּשְׁכָּן עֶשְׂרִים קֶרֶשׁ לִפְאַת נֶגֶב תֵּימָנָה
Ve’asita et hakerashim lamishkan; esrim keresh lif’at negev teimanah.
You shall make the boards for the Tabernacle, twenty boards for the south side.
26:19
וְאַרְבָּעִים אַדְנֵי כֶסֶף תַּעֲשֶׂה תַחַת עֶשְׂרִים הַקָּרֶשׁ שְׁנֵי אֲדָנִים תַּחַת הַקֶּרֶשׁ הָאֶחָד לִשְׁתֵּי יְדֹתָיו וּשְׁנֵי אֲדָנִים תַּחַת הַקֶּרֶשׁ הָאֶחָד לִשְׁתֵּי יְדֹתָיו

26:20
וּלְצֶלַע הַמִּשְׁכָּן הַשֵּׁנִית לִפְאַת צָפוֹן עֶשְׂרִים קָרֶשׁ
Uletzela hamishkan hashenit lif’at tzafon; esrim karesh.
And for the second side of the Tabernacle, on the north side, twenty boards.
26:21
וְאַרְבָּעִים אַדְנֵיהֶם כֶּסֶף שְׁנֵי אֲדָנִים תַּחַת הַקֶּרֶשׁ הָאֶחָד וּשְׁנֵי אֲדָנִים תַּחַת הַקֶּרֶשׁ הָאֶחָד

And their forty silver sockets: two sockets under one board and two sockets under another board.
26:22
וּלְיַרְכְּתֵי הַמִּשְׁכָּן יָמָּה תַּעֲשֶׂה שִׁשָּׁה קְרָשִׁים
Uleyarketei hamishkan yamah; ta’aseh shishah kerashim.
For the back of the Tabernacle westward you shall make six boards.
26:23
וּשְׁנֵי קְרָשִׁים תַּעֲשֶׂה לִמְקֻצְעֹת הַמִּשְׁכָּן בַּיַּרְכָּתָיִם
Ushnei kerashim ta’aseh limekutz’ot hamishkan bayarkatayim.
And you shall make two boards for the corners of the Tabernacle at the rear.
26:24
וְיִהְיוּ תֹּאֲמִם מִלְּמַטָּה וְיַחְדָּו יִהְיוּ תַמִּים עַל־רֹאשׁוֹ אֶל־הַטַּבַּעַת הָאֶחָת כֵּן יִהְיֶה לִשְׁנֵיהֶם לִשְׁנֵי הַמִּקְצֹעוֹת יִהְיוּ
Vehayu to’amim milematah; veyachdav yihyu tamim al rosho el hataba’at ha’echat; ken yihyeh lishneihem, lishnei hamiktzo’ot yihyu.
They shall be joined together beneath and likewise joined at the top by one ring; thus it shall be for both of them; they shall be for the two corners.
26:25
וְהָיוּ שְׁמֹנָה קְרָשִׁים וְאַדְנֵיהֶם כֶּסֶף שִׁשָּׁה עָשָׂר אֲדָנִים שְׁנֵי אֲדָנִים תַּחַת הַקֶּרֶשׁ הָאֶחָד וּשְׁנֵי אֲדָנִים תַּחַת הַקֶּרֶשׁ הָאֶחָד

There shall be eight boards with their silver sockets—sixteen sockets, two sockets under one board and two sockets under another board.
26:26
וְעָשִׂיתָ בְּרִיחִם עֲצֵי שִׁטִּים חֲמִשָּׁה לְקַרְשֵׁי צֶלַע הַמִּשְׁכָּן הָאֶחָד

You shall make bars of acacia wood: five for the boards of the one side of the Tabernacle.
26:27
וַחֲמִשָּׁה בְרִיחִם לְקַרְשֵׁי צֶלַע הַמִּשְׁכָּן הַשֵּׁנִית וַחֲמִשָּׁה בְרִיחִם לְקַרְשֵׁי צֶלַע הַמִּשְׁכָּן לַיַּרְכָּתַיִם יָמָּה
Vachamishah berichim le’karshei tzela hamishkan hashenit; vachamishah berichim le’karshei tzela hamishkan layarkatayim yamah.
Five bars for the boards of the other side of the Tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the Tabernacle on the west side at the rear.
26:28
וְהַבְּרִיחַ הַתִּיכֹן בְּתוֹךְ הַקְּרָשִׁים מַבְרִיחַ מִן־הַקָּצֶה אֶל־הַקָּצֶה
Vehaberiach hatichon betoch hakerashim mavriach min hakatzé el hakatzé.
The middle bar shall pass through in the midst of the boards from end to end.
26:29
וְאֶת־הַקְּרָשִׁים תְּצַפֶּה זָהָב וְאֶת־טַבְּעֹתֵיהֶם תַּעֲשֶׂה זָהָב בָּתִּים לַבְּרִיחִים וְצִפִּיתָ אֶת־הַבְּרִיחִים זָהָב
Ve’et hakerashim tetzapeh zahav; ve’et tab’oteihem ta’aseh zahav batim laberichim; vetzipita et haberichim zahav.
You shall overlay the boards with gold and make their rings of gold as holders for the bars, and overlay the bars with gold.
26:30
וַהֲקֵמֹתָ אֶת־הַמִּשְׁכָּן כְּמִשְׁפָּטוֹ אֲשֶׁר הָרְאֵיתָ בָּהָר
Vahakemota et hamishkan kemishpato asher har’eita bahar.
You shall set up the Tabernacle according to its pattern which you were shown on the mountain.

וְנָתַתָּ אֶת־הַכַּפֹּרֶת עַל־אֲרוֹן הָעֵדֻת בְּקֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים
Venatata et hakaporet al Aron ha’edut beKodesh haKodashim.
You shall put the cover upon the Ark of the Testimony in the Holy of Holies.
26:35
וְשַׂמְתָּ אֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָן מִחוּץ לַפָּרֹכֶת וְאֶת־הַמְּנֹרָה נֹכַח הַשֻּׁלְחָן עַל־צֶלַע הַמִּשְׁכָּן תֵּימָנָה וְהַשֻּׁלְחָן תִּתֵּן עַל־צֶלַע צָפוֹן

You shall set the table outside the veil, and the Menorah opposite the table on the south side of the Tabernacle; and you shall place the table on the north side.
26:36
וְעָשִׂיתָ מָסָךְ לְפֶתַח הָאֹהֶל תְּכֵלֶת וְאַרְגָּמָן וְתֹלַעַת שָׁנִי וְשֵׁשׁ מָשְׁזָר מַעֲשֵׂה רֹקֵם
Ve’asita masach lepetach ha’ohel; techelet ve’argaman vetola’at shani veshesh mashzar; ma’aseh rokem.
You shall make a screen for the entrance of the tent, of blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine twisted linen, the work of an embroiderer.
26:37

Ve’asita sirotav ledashno; veyav, umizrekotav, umizlegotav, umachtotav; lechol kelav ta’aseh nechoshet.
You shall make its pots to remove its ashes, its shovels, its basins, its forks, and its fire pans; all its utensils you shall make of bronze.
27:4
וְעָשִׂיתָ לוֹ מִכְבָּר מַעֲשֵׂה רֶשֶׁת נְחֹשֶׁת וְעָשִׂיתָ עַל־הָרֶשֶׁת אַרְבַּע טַבְּעֹת נְחֹשֶׁת עַל אַרְבַּע קְצוֹתָיו
Ve’asita lo michbar ma’aseh reshet nechoshet; ve’asita al hareshet arba taba’ot nechoshet al arba ketzotav.
You shall make for it a grate of bronze network, and upon the net you shall make four bronze rings at its four corners.
27:5
וְנָתַתָּ אֹתָהּ תַּחַת כַּרְכֹּב הַמִּזְבֵּחַ מִלְּמָטָּה וְהָיְתָה הָרֶשֶׁת עַד־חֲצִי הַמִּזְבֵּחַ
Venatata otah tachat karkov hamizbe’ach milmatah; vehayetah hareshet ad chatzi hamizbe’ach.
You shall put it under the ledge of the altar beneath, and the net shall reach halfway up the altar.
27:6
וְעָשִׂיתָ בַדִּים לַמִּזְבֵּחַ בַּדֵּי עֲצֵי שִׁטִּים וְצִפִּיתָ אֹתָם נְחֹשֶׁת
Ve’asita badim lamizbe’ach, badei atzei shittim; vetzipita otam nechoshet.
You shall make poles for the altar, poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with bronze.
27:7
וְהוּבָא אֶת־בַּדָּיו בַּטַּבָּעֹת וְהָיוּ הַבַּדִּים עַל־שְׁתֵּי צַלְעֹת הַמִּזְבֵּחַ בִּשְׂאֵת אֹתוֹ
Vehuba et badav bataba’ot; vehayu habadim al shtei tzale’ot hamizbe’ach bis’et oto.
Its poles shall be inserted into the rings, and the poles shall be on the two sides of the altar when it is carried.
27:8
נְבוּב לֻחֹת תַּעֲשֶׂה אֹתוֹ כַּאֲשֶׁר הֶרְאָה אֹתְךָ בָּהָר כֵּן יַעֲשׂוּ
Nevuv luchot ta’aseh oto; ka’asher her’ah otcha bahar ken ya’asu.
You shall make it hollow with boards; as it was shown you on the mountain, so shall they make it.

Velakatef hashenit chamesh esreh amah kela’im; amudeihem sheloshah ve’adneihem sheloshah.

Kol amudei hechatzer saviv mechushakim kesef; vaveihem kesef; ve’adneihem nechoshet.
All the pillars of the courtyard round about shall be banded with silver; their hooks of silver and their sockets of bronze.

Vechen lif’at tzafon ba’orech kela’im me’ah orech; ve’amudav esrim ve’adneihem esrim nechoshet; vavei ha’amudim vachashukeihem kesef.
Likewise for the north side in length, hangings one hundred cubits long; its pillars twenty and their sockets twenty of bronze; the hooks of the pillars and their bands of silver.
27:12
וְרֹחַב הֶחָצֵר לִפְאַת יָם קְלָעִים חֲמִשִּׁים אַמָּה עַמֻּדֵיהֶם עֲשָׂרָה וְאַדְנֵיהֶם עֲשָׂרָה
Veróchav hechatzer lif’at yam kela’im chamishim amah; amudeihem asarah ve’adneihem asarah.
For the width of the courtyard on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits; their pillars ten and their sockets ten.
27:13
וְרֹחַב הֶחָצֵר לִפְאַת קֵדְמָה מִזְרָחָה חֲמִשִּׁים אַמָּה
Veróchav hechatzer lif’at kedmah mizrachah chamishim amah.
The width of the courtyard on the east side shall be fifty cubits.
27:14
וַחֲמֵשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה אַמָּה קְלָעִים לַכָּתֵף עַמֻּדֵיהֶם שְׁלֹשָׁה וְאַדְנֵיהֶם שְׁלֹשָׁה
Vachamesh esreh amah kela’im lakatef; amudeihem sheloshah ve’adneihem sheloshah.
Fifteen cubits of hangings for one side; their pillars three and their sockets three.
27:15
וְלַכָּתֵף הַשֵּׁנִית חֲמֵשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה אַמָּה קְלָעִים עַמֻּדֵיהֶם שְׁלֹשָׁה וְאַדְנֵיהֶם שְׁלֹשָׁה
Velakatef hashenit chamesh esreh amah kela’im; amudeihem sheloshah ve’adneihem sheloshah.
And for the other side shall be fifteen cubits of hangings; their pillars three and their sockets three.
27:16
וּלְשַׁעַר הֶחָצֵר מָסָךְ עֶשְׂרִים אַמָּה תְּכֵלֶת וְאַרְגָּמָן וְתֹלַעַת שָׁנִי וְשֵׁשׁ מָשְׁזָר מַעֲשֵׂה רֹקֵם עַמֻּדֵיהֶם אַרְבָּעָה וְאַדְנֵיהֶם אַרְבָּעָה
Ulesha’ar hechatzer masach esrim amah; techelet ve’argaman vetola’at shani veshesh mashzar ma’aseh rokem; amudeihem arba’ah ve’adneihem arba’ah.
For the gate of the courtyard shall be a screen of twenty cubits, of blue, purple, and scarlet thread and fine twisted linen, the work of an embroiderer; their pillars four and their sockets four.
27:17
כָּל־עַמּוּדֵי הֶחָצֵר סָבִיב מְחֻשָּׁקִים כֶּסֶף וָוֵיהֶם כָּסֶף וְאַדְנֵיהֶם נְחֹשֶׁת
Kol amudei hechatzer saviv mechushakim kesef; vaveihem kesef; ve’adneihem nechoshet.
All the pillars of the courtyard round about shall be banded with silver; their hooks of silver and their sockets of bronze.
27:18
אֹרֶךְ הֶחָצֵר מֵאָה בָאַמָּה וְרֹחַב חֲמִשִּׁים בַּחֲמִשִּׁים וְקֹמָה חָמֵשׁ אַמּוֹת שֵׁשׁ מָשְׁזָר וְאַדְנֵיהֶם נְחֹשֶׁת
Orech hechatzer me’ah ba’amah; verochav chamishim bachamishim; vekomah chamesh amot shesh mashzar; ve’adneihem nechoshet.
The length of the courtyard shall be one hundred cubits, the width fifty by fifty, and the height five cubits, of fine twisted linen, and their sockets of bronze.
27:19
לְכֹל כְּלֵי הַמִּשְׁכָּן בְּכֹל עֲבֹדָתוֹ וְכָל־יְתֵדֹתָיו וְכָל־יְתֵדֹת הֶחָצֵר נְחֹשֶׁת
Lechol klei hamishkan bechol avodato; vechol yetedotav vechol yetedot hechatzer nechoshet.
All the utensils of the Tabernacle for all its service, all its pegs and all the pegs of the courtyard, shall be of bronze.

VaAdonay natan jojmá lishlomó ka’asher diber lo; vayehí shalom bein Jiram uvein Shlomó; vayijretu berit sheneihem.
Y el Eterno dio sabiduría a Shelomó como le había hablado; y hubo paz entre Jiram y Shelomó, y ambos hicieron pacto.
5:27
וַיַּעַל הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה מַס מִכָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיְהִי הַמַּס שְׁלֹשִׁים אָלֶף אִישׁ
Vaya’al hamelej Shlomó mas mikol Yisrael; vayehí hamas sheloshim alef ish.
El rey Shelomó reclutó trabajadores de todo Israel, y el número fue de treinta mil hombres.
5:28
וַיִּשְׁלָחֵם לְבָנֹנָה עֲשֶׂרֶת אֲלָפִים בַּחֹדֶשׁ חֲלִיפוֹת חֹדֶשׁ יִהְיוּ בַלְּבָנֹן שְׁנַיִם חֳדָשִׁים בְּבֵיתוֹ וַאֲדֹנִירָם עַל־הַמַּס
Vayishlajem Levanóna aseret alafim bajodesh jalifot; jodesh yihyu baLevanón; shenayim jodashim beveito; vaAdoniram al hamas.
Los enviaba al Líbano diez mil cada mes por turnos; un mes en el Líbano y dos meses en su casa; y Adoniram estaba a cargo del reclutamiento.
5:29
וַיְהִי לִשְׁלֹמֹה שִׁבְעִים אֶלֶף נֹשֵׂא סַבָּל וּשְׁמֹנִים אֶלֶף חֹצֵב בָּהָר
Vayehí lishlomó shiv’im elef nosei sabal; ushemonim elef jotzev bahar.
Shelomó tenía setenta mil cargadores y ochenta mil cortadores en la montaña.
5:30
לְבַד מִשָּׂרֵי הַנִּצָּבִים אֲשֶׁר עַל־הַמְּלָאכָה לִשְׁלֹמֹה שְׁלֹשֶׁת אֲלָפִים וּשְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת הָרֹדִים בָּעָם הָעֹשִׂים בַּמְּלָאכָה
Levad misarei hanitzavim asher al hamelajá lishlomó; sheloshet alafim ushelosh me’ot harodim ba’am ha’osim bamelajá.
Sin contar los jefes de los oficiales sobre la obra, tres mil trescientos que dirigían al pueblo que trabajaba.
5:31
וַיְצַו הַמֶּלֶךְ וַיַּסִּעוּ אֲבָנִים גְּדֹלוֹת אֲבָנִים יְקָרוֹת לְיַסֵּד הַבַּיִת אַבְנֵי גָזִית
Vayetzav hamelej; vayasíu avanim gedolot, avanim yekarot, leyased habayit avnei gazit.
El rey ordenó extraer piedras grandes y preciosas para poner los cimientos de la Casa, piedras labradas.
5:32
וַיִּפְסְלוּ בֹּנֵי שְׁלֹמֹה וּבֹנֵי חִירָם וְהַגִּבְלִים וַיָּכִינוּ הָעֵצִים וְהָאֲבָנִים לִבְנוֹת הַבָּיִת
Vayifs’lu bonei Shlomó uvonei Jiram vehagivlim; vayajinu ha’etzim veha’avanim livnot habayit.
Los constructores de Shelomó y los de Jiram prepararon las maderas y las piedras para edificar la Casa.
6:1
וַיְהִי בִּשְׁמֹנִים שָׁנָה וְאַרְבַּע מֵאוֹת שָׁנָה לְצֵאת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם בַּשָּׁנָה הָרְבִיעִית בְּחֹדֶשׁ זִו הוּא הַחֹדֶשׁ הַשֵּׁנִי לִמְלֹךְ שְׁלֹמֹה עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיִּבֶן הַבַּיִת לַה׳
Vayehi bishmonim shanah ve’arba me’ot shanah letzet Bnei Yisrael me’eretz Mitzrayim, bashanah harvi’it bechodesh Ziv hu hachodesh hasheni limloch Shlomoh al Yisrael, vayiven habayit laHashem.
In the four hundred and eightieth year after the Children of Israel came out of the land of Egypt, in the fourth year, in the month of Ziv, which is the second month, of Shlomo’s reign over Israel, he built the House for Hashem.
6:2
וְהַבַּיִת אֲשֶׁר בָּנָה הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה לַה׳ שִׁשִּׁים אַמָּה אָרְכּוֹ וְעֶשְׂרִים רָחְבּוֹ וּשְׁלֹשִׁים אַמָּה קוֹמָתוֹ
Vehabayit asher banah hamelech Shlomoh laHashem, shishim amah orko, ve’esrim rochbo, usheloshim amah komato.
The House that King Shlomo built for Hashem was sixty cubits long, twenty cubits wide, and thirty cubits high.
6:3
וְהָאוּלָם עַל־פְּנֵי הֵיכַל הַבַּיִת עֶשְׂרִים אַמָּה אָרְכּוֹ עַל־פְּנֵי רֹחַב הַבָּיִת עֶשֶׂר בָּאַמָּה רָחְבּוֹ עַל־פְּנֵי הַבָּיִת
Veha’ulam al penei heichal habayit, esrim amah orko al penei rochav habayit; eser ba’amah rochbo al penei habayit.
The porch before the sanctuary of the House was twenty cubits long, according to the width of the House, and ten cubits deep in front of the House.
6:4
וַיַּעַשׂ לַבָּיִת חַלּוֹנֵי שְׁקֻפִים אֲטֻמִים
Vaya’as labayit chalonei shekupim atumim.
He made for the House windows with fixed frames.
6:5
וַיִּבֶן עַל־קִיר הַבַּיִת יָצוּעַ סָבִיב אֶת־קִירוֹת הַבַּיִת סָבִיב לַהֵיכָל וְלַדְּבִיר וַיַּעַשׂ צְלָעוֹת סָבִיב
Vayiven al kir habayit yatzua saviv et kirot habayit saviv laheichal veladevir; vaya’as tzela’ot saviv.
He built chambers against the wall of the House, round about the walls of the House, both of the sanctuary and of the inner chamber; and he made side rooms round about.
6:6
הַיָּצוּעַ הַתַּחְתֹּנָה חָמֵשׁ בָּאַמָּה רָחְבָּהּ וְהַתִּיכֹנָה שֵׁשׁ בָּאַמָּה רָחְבָּהּ וְהַשְּׁלִישִׁית שֶׁבַע בָּאַמָּה רָחְבָּהּ כִּי מִגְרָעוֹת נָתַן לַבַּיִת סָבִיב חוּצָה לְבִלְתִּי אֲחֹז בְּקִירוֹת הַבָּיִת
Hayatzua hachtoneh chamesh ba’amah rochbah, vehatichonah shesh ba’amah rochbah, vehashlishit sheva ba’amah rochbah; ki migra’ot natan labayit saviv chutzah, levilti achoz bekirut habayit.
The lowest story was five cubits wide, the middle six cubits wide, and the third seven cubits wide; for he made offsets in the wall of the House round about outside, so that the beams would not be inserted into the walls of the House.
6:7
וְהַבַּיִת בְּהִבָּנֹתוֹ אֶבֶן שְׁלֵמָה מַסָּע נִבְנָה וּמַקָּבוֹת וְהַגַּרְזֶן כָּל־כְּלִי בַרְזֶל לֹא נִשְׁמַע בַּבַּיִת בְּהִבָּנֹתוֹ
Vehabayit behibanoto even shelemah massa nivnah; umakabot vehagarzen kol keli barzel lo nishma babayit behibanoto.
The House, when it was being built, was built of finished stone quarried at the site, so that neither hammer nor axe nor any iron tool was heard in the House while it was being built.
6:8
פֶּתַח הַצֵּלָע הַתִּיכֹנָה אֶל־כֶּתֶף הַבַּיִת הַיְמָנִית וּבְלוּלִים יַעֲלוּ עַל־הַתִּיכֹנָה וּמִן־הַתִּיכֹנָה אֶל־הַשְּׁלִישִׁים
Petach hatzela hatichonah el ketef habayit hayemanit; uvelulim ya’alu al hatichonah umin hatichonah el hashlishim.
The door for the middle chamber was in the right side of the House; and they went up by winding stairs into the middle story, and from the middle into the third.
6:9
וַיִּבֶן אֶת־הַבַּיִת וַיְכַלֵּהוּ וַיִּסְפֹּן אֶת־הַבַּיִת גֵּבִים וּשְׂדֵרֹת בָּאֲרָזִים
Vayiven et habayit vayechalehu; vayispon et habayit gevim usederot ba’arazim.
So he built the House and finished it; and he covered the House with beams and boards of cedar.
6:10
וַיִּבֶן אֶת־הַיָּצוּעַ עַל־כָּל־הַבַּיִת חָמֵשׁ אַמּוֹת קוֹמָתוֹ וַיֶּאֱחֹז אֶת־הַבַּיִת בַּעֲצֵי אֲרָזִים
Vayiven et hayatzua al kol habayit chamesh amot komato; vaye’echoz et habayit ba’atzei arazim.
He built the side chambers against the whole House, each five cubits high, and they were joined to the House with cedar beams.
6:11
וַיְהִי דְבַר־ה׳ אֶל־שְׁלֹמֹה לֵאמֹר
Vayehi devar Hashem el Shlomoh lemor.
The word of Hashem came to Shlomo, saying:
6:12
הַבַּיִת הַזֶּה אֲשֶׁר אַתָּה בֹנֶה אִם־תֵּלֵךְ בְּחֻקֹּתַי וְאֶת־מִשְׁפָּטַי תַּעֲשֶׂה וְשָׁמַרְתָּ אֶת־כָּל־מִצְוֹתַי לָלֶכֶת בָּהֶם וַהֲקִמֹתִי אֶת־דְּבָרִי אִתָּךְ אֲשֶׁר דִּבַּרְתִּי אֶל־דָּוִד אָבִיךָ
Habayit hazeh asher atah boneh, im telech bechukotai ve’et mishpatai ta’aseh, veshamarta et kol mitzvotai lalechet bahem; vahakimoti et devari itach asher dibarti el David avicha.
Concerning this House that you are building: if you walk in My statutes, execute My judgments, and keep all My commandments to walk in them, then I will fulfill My word with you which I spoke to David your father.
6:13
וְשָׁכַנְתִּי בְּתוֹךְ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְלֹא אֶעֱזֹב אֶת־עַמִּי יִשְׂרָאֵל
Veshachanti betoch Bnei Yisrael; velo e’ezov et ami Yisrael.
And I will dwell among the Children of Israel and will not forsake My people Israel.
