25:17
וְעָשִׂיתָ כַפֹּרֶת זָהָב טָהוֹר אַמָּתַיִם וָחֵצִי אָרְכָּהּ וְאַמָּה וָחֵצִי רָחְבָּהּ
Ve’asita kaporet zahav tahor; amatayim vachétsi orkó, ve’amah vachétsi rojavó.
You shall make a cover of pure gold; two and a half cubits its length, and a cubit and a half its width.
25:18
וְעָשִׂיתָ שְׁנַיִם כְּרֻבִים זָהָב מִקְשָׁה תַּעֲשֶׂה אֹתָם מִשְּׁנֵי קְצוֹת הַכַּפֹּרֶת
Ve’asita shenayim keruvim zahav; mikshah ta’aseh otam, mishnei ketzot hakaporet.
You shall make two cherubim of gold; of one hammered piece you shall make them, at the two ends of the cover.
25:19
וַעֲשֵׂה כְרוּב אֶחָד מִקָּצָה מִזֶּה וּכְרוּב אֶחָד מִקָּצָה מִזֶּה מִן־הַכַּפֹּרֶת תַּעֲשׂוּ אֶת־הַכְּרֻבִים עַל־שְׁנֵי קְצוֹתָיו
Va’aseh keruv echad mikatzah mizeh, ukeruv echad mikatzah mizeh; min hakaporet ta’asu et hakeruvim al shnei ketzotav.
Make one cherub at one end and one cherub at the other end; from the cover itself you shall make the cherubim on its two ends.
25:20
וְהָיוּ הַכְּרֻבִים פֹּרְשֵׂי כְנָפַיִם לְמַעְלָה סֹכְכִים בְּכַנְפֵיהֶם עַל־הַכַּפֹּרֶת וּפְנֵיהֶם אִישׁ אֶל־אָחִיו אֶל־הַכַּפֹּרֶת יִהְיוּ פְּנֵי הַכְּרֻבִים
Vehayu hakeruvim porshei kenafayim lema’alah; sojechim bekanfeihem al hakaporet; ufeneihem ish el achiv; el hakaporet yihyu penei hakeruvim.
The cherubim shall spread their wings upward, covering the cover with their wings, and their faces shall be toward one another; toward the cover shall the faces of the cherubim be.
25:21
וְנָתַתָּ אֶת־הַכַּפֹּרֶת עַל־הָאָרֹן מִלְמָעְלָה וְאֶל־הָאָרֹן תִּתֵּן אֶת־הָעֵדֻת אֲשֶׁר אֶתֵּן אֵלֶיךָ
Venatata et hakaporet al ha’aron milma’alah; ve’el ha’aron titen et ha’edut asher eten eilecha.
You shall place the cover upon the Ark from above, and into the Ark you shall put the Testimony that I shall give you.
25:22
וְנוֹעַדְתִּי לְךָ שָׁם וְדִבַּרְתִּי אִתְּךָ מֵעַל הַכַּפֹּרֶת מִבֵּין שְׁנֵי הַכְּרֻבִים אֲשֶׁר עַל־אֲרוֹן הָעֵדֻת אֵת כָּל־אֲשֶׁר אֲצַוֶּה אוֹתְךָ אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל
Veno’adeti lecha sham; vedibarti itcha me’al hakaporet, mibein shnei hakeruvim asher al aron ha’edut; et kol asher atzaveh otcha el Bnei Yisrael.
There I will meet with you, and I will speak with you from above the cover, from between the two cherubim that are upon the Ark of the Testimony, all that I will command you for the children of Israel.

5:26
וַיהוָה נָתַן חָכְמָה לִשְׁלֹמֹה כַּאֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר לוֹ וַיְהִי שָׁלוֹם בֵּין חִירָם וּבֵין שְׁלֹמֹה וַיִּכְרְתוּ בְרִית שְׁנֵיהֶם
VaAdonay natan jojmá lishlomó ka’asher diber lo; vayehí shalom bein Jiram uvein Shlomó; vayijretu berit sheneihem.
Y el Eterno dio sabiduría a Shelomó como le había hablado; y hubo paz entre Jiram y Shelomó, y ambos hicieron pacto.
5:27
וַיַּעַל הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה מַס מִכָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיְהִי הַמַּס שְׁלֹשִׁים אָלֶף אִישׁ
Vaya’al hamelej Shlomó mas mikol Yisrael; vayehí hamas sheloshim alef ish.
El rey Shelomó reclutó trabajadores de todo Israel, y el número fue de treinta mil hombres.
5:28
וַיִּשְׁלָחֵם לְבָנֹנָה עֲשֶׂרֶת אֲלָפִים בַּחֹדֶשׁ חֲלִיפוֹת חֹדֶשׁ יִהְיוּ בַלְּבָנֹן שְׁנַיִם חֳדָשִׁים בְּבֵיתוֹ וַאֲדֹנִירָם עַל־הַמַּס
Vayishlajem Levanóna aseret alafim bajodesh jalifot; jodesh yihyu baLevanón; shenayim jodashim beveito; vaAdoniram al hamas.
Los enviaba al Líbano diez mil cada mes por turnos; un mes en el Líbano y dos meses en su casa; y Adoniram estaba a cargo del reclutamiento.
5:29
וַיְהִי לִשְׁלֹמֹה שִׁבְעִים אֶלֶף נֹשֵׂא סַבָּל וּשְׁמֹנִים אֶלֶף חֹצֵב בָּהָר
Vayehí lishlomó shiv’im elef nosei sabal; ushemonim elef jotzev bahar.
Shelomó tenía setenta mil cargadores y ochenta mil cortadores en la montaña.
5:30
לְבַד מִשָּׂרֵי הַנִּצָּבִים אֲשֶׁר עַל־הַמְּלָאכָה לִשְׁלֹמֹה שְׁלֹשֶׁת אֲלָפִים וּשְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת הָרֹדִים בָּעָם הָעֹשִׂים בַּמְּלָאכָה
Levad misarei hanitzavim asher al hamelajá lishlomó; sheloshet alafim ushelosh me’ot harodim ba’am ha’osim bamelajá.
Sin contar los jefes de los oficiales sobre la obra, tres mil trescientos que dirigían al pueblo que trabajaba.
5:31
וַיְצַו הַמֶּלֶךְ וַיַּסִּעוּ אֲבָנִים גְּדֹלוֹת אֲבָנִים יְקָרוֹת לְיַסֵּד הַבַּיִת אַבְנֵי גָזִית
Vayetzav hamelej; vayasíu avanim gedolot, avanim yekarot, leyased habayit avnei gazit.
El rey ordenó extraer piedras grandes y preciosas para poner los cimientos de la Casa, piedras labradas.
5:32
וַיִּפְסְלוּ בֹּנֵי שְׁלֹמֹה וּבֹנֵי חִירָם וְהַגִּבְלִים וַיָּכִינוּ הָעֵצִים וְהָאֲבָנִים לִבְנוֹת הַבָּיִת
Vayifs’lu bonei Shlomó uvonei Jiram vehagivlim; vayajinu ha’etzim veha’avanim livnot habayit.
Los constructores de Shelomó y los de Jiram prepararon las maderas y las piedras para edificar la Casa.
6:1
וַיְהִי בִּשְׁמוֹנִים שָׁנָה וְאַרְבַּע מֵאוֹת שָׁנָה לְצֵאת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם בַּשָּׁנָה הָרְבִיעִית בְּחֹדֶשׁ זִו הוּא הַחֹדֶשׁ הַשֵּׁנִי לִמְלֹךְ שְׁלֹמֹה עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיִּבֶן הַבַּיִת לַיהוָה
Vayehí bishmonim shaná ve’arba me’ot shaná letzet benei Yisrael me’eretz Mitzrayim, bashaná harevi’it bejodesh Ziv, hu hajodesh hasheni limloj Shlomó al Yisrael; vayiven habayit laAdonay.
En el año cuatrocientos ochenta después de la salida de Egipto, en el cuarto año de Shelomó, comenzó a edificar la Casa para el Eterno.
6:11
וַיְהִי דְּבַר־יְהוָה אֶל־שְׁלֹמֹה לֵאמֹר
Vayehí devar Adonay el Shlomó lemor.
Y vino palabra del Eterno a Shelomó diciendo:
6:12
הַבַּיִת הַזֶּה אֲשֶׁר אַתָּה בֹנֶה אִם־תֵּלֵךְ בְּחֻקֹּתַי וְאֶת־מִשְׁפָּטַי תַּעֲשֶׂה וְשָׁמַרְתָּ אֶת־כָּל־מִצְוֹתַי לָלֶכֶת בָּהֶם וַהֲקִמֹתִי אֶת־דְּבָרִי אִתָּךְ אֲשֶׁר דִּבַּרְתִּי אֶל־דָּוִד אָבִיךָ
Habayit hazeh asher ata boneh; im telej bejukotai ve’et mishpatai ta’ase; veshamarta et kol mitzvotai lalejet bahem; vahakimoti et devarí itaj asher dibarti el David avija.
Si andas en Mis estatutos y guardas Mis mandamientos, confirmaré Mi palabra contigo que hablé a David tu padre.
6:13
וְשָׁכַנְתִּי בְּתוֹךְ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְלֹא אֶעֱזֹב אֶת־עַמִּי יִשְׂרָאֵל
Veshajanti betoj benei Yisrael; velo e’ezov et ami Yisrael.
Y habitaré en medio de los hijos de Israel y no abandonaré a Mi pueblo Israel.
