And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven; and The Eternal sent thunder and hail, and fire ran down unto the earth; and The Eternal rained hail upon the land of Egypt.
9:24

So there was hail, and fire flashing up amidst the hail, very grievous, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.
9:25

And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and broke every tree of the field.
9:26

Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.

9:28

9:30

28:25
Kó amar Adonay Adonay: Bekabtsí et bet Yisrael...
Thus says the Lord GOD: When I gather the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they were scattered, and manifest My holiness in them in the sight of the nations, then they shall dwell in their own land which I gave to My servant Jacob.
28:26
Veyashvú aléha lavetáj...
They shall dwell securely upon it, build houses, and plant vineyards; they shall dwell securely when I execute judgments upon all who despise them round about, and they shall know that I am the ETERNAL their God.
29:1
Bashaná haasirít, baasirì bishnéim asár lajódésh, hayá devar Adonay elái lemór.
In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, the word of the ETERNAL came to me, saying:
29:2
Ben-adám, sím panéja al Paró melej Mitzráyim, vehinavé aláv ve-al Mitzráyim kulá.
Son of man, set your face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him and against all Egypt.
29:3

Speak and say: Thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon lying in the midst of his rivers, who has said, “My river is my own; I have made it for myself.”
29:4
Venatátí jajím biljayéja, vehidbaktí degát yeoréja bekaskesotéja; vehaalitijá mitój yeoréja, ve-et kol degát yeoréja bekaskesotéja tidbák.
I will put hooks in your jaws and cause the fish of your rivers to cling to your scales; I will bring you up out of the midst of your rivers, and all the fish of your rivers shall cling to your scales.
29:5
Untashtíja hamidbará, otjá ve-et kol degát yeoréja; al pené hasadé tipól, lo teaséf velo tikavéts; lejayát haáretz uleóf hashamáyim netatíja leojlá.
I will cast you out into the wilderness, you and all the fish of your rivers; you shall fall on the open field and not be gathered nor collected. I have given you as food to the beasts of the earth and to the birds of the heavens.
29:6
Veyad’ú kol yoshvé Mitzráyim ki aní Adonay, yaán heyotám mishéenet kané levét Yisrael.
Then all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the ETERNAL, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
29:7
Betof’sám bejá bakáf teróts, uvakáta lahém kol katéf; uvehishaanám aléja tishavér, veheemádtá lahém kol motnáyim.
When they took hold of you by the hand, you broke and tore all their shoulders; when they leaned on you, you broke and made all their backs unsteady.
29:8
Lajén kó amar Adonay Adonay: Hinéní mevía aléja járev, vehijratí mimjá adám uvehemá.
Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I will bring a sword upon you and cut off from you man and beast.
29:9
Vehaytá éretz Mitzráyim lishmamá vejárbá; veyad’ú ki aní Adonay, yaán amár: Yeor lí, va’aní asitíní.
The land of Egypt shall be a desolation and a waste; then they shall know that I am the ETERNAL, because he said, “The river is mine, and I made it.”
29:10
Lajén hinéní aléja ve-al yeoréja; venatátí et éretz Mitzráyim jaravót jórev shemamá, mimig’dól Svené vead gevúl Kush.
Therefore behold, I am against you and against your rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utter waste and desolation, from Migdol to Syene, as far as the border of Cush.
29:11
Lo taavór bá regél adám, veregél behemá lo taavór bá; velo teshév arbaím shaná.
No foot of man shall pass through it, and no foot of beast shall pass through it; it shall not be inhabited for forty years.
29:12

I will make the land of Egypt a desolation among desolate lands, and her cities among ruined cities; they shall be a desolation forty years. I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations and disperse them through the lands.
29:13
Ki kó amar Adonay Adonay: Mikéts arbaím shaná akabéts et Mitzráyim min haamím asher nafótsu shamá.
For thus says the Lord GOD: At the end of forty years I will gather Egypt from the peoples among whom they were scattered.
29:14
Veshavtí et shevút Mitzráyim, vahashivotí otám éretz Patrós al éretz mejuratám; vehayú sham mamlajá shefalá.
I will restore the fortunes of Egypt and bring them back to the land of Pathros, the land of their origin, and there they shall be a lowly kingdom.
29:15

It shall be the lowest of the kingdoms and shall never again exalt itself above the nations; I will make them so small that they will never again rule over the nations.
29:16
Velo yihyé od levét Yisrael lemivtáj mazkír avón bifnótam ajaréhem; veyad’ú ki aní Adonay Adonay.
It shall never again be a source of confidence for the house of Israel, recalling their iniquity when they turned to Egypt; then they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
29:17
Vayehí be’esrím vashevá shaná, barishón beejád lajódésh; hayá devar Adonay elái lemór.
In the twenty-seventh year, in the first month, on the first day of the month, the word of the ETERNAL came to me, saying:
29:18

Son of man, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon made his army labor hard against Tyre; every head was made bald and every shoulder rubbed bare; yet neither he nor his army received wages from Tyre for the labor he performed against it.
29:19

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I will give the land of Egypt to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; he shall carry off its wealth, plunder its spoil, and seize its booty; and it shall be the wages for his army.
29:20
Peulató asher avád bá natátí ló et éretz Mitzráyim, asher asú lí—neúm Adonay Adonay.
As compensation for the labor he performed, I have given him the land of Egypt, because they worked for Me—declares the Lord GOD.
29:21
Bayóm hahú atsmíaj kérén levét Yisrael; ulejá etén pitjón pé betojám; veyad’ú ki aní Adonay.
On that day I will cause a horn to spring forth for the house of Israel, and I will open your mouth among them; then they shall know that I am the ETERNAL.
