Daber el-benei Yisra’el lemor: nefesh ki-tejeta bishgagah mikol mitzvot Adonay asher lo te’asenah, ve’asah me’ajat mehenah.
Speak to the children of Israel, saying: If a person sins unintentionally against any of the commandments of the Eternal which ought not to be done, and does any of them:
4:3
Im hakohen hamashiaj yejeta le’ashmat ha’am; vehikriv al-jatato asher jata par ben-bakar tamim l’Adonay lejatat.
If the anointed priest sins, bringing guilt upon the people, then he shall offer for his sin which he has committed a young bull without blemish to the Eternal for a sin offering.
4:4

And the anointed priest shall take some of the blood of the bull and bring it to the Tent of Meeting.
4:6

Ve’et kol-jelev par hajatát yarim mimenu… vesaraf oto al-etzim ba’esh al mekom hadeshen yisaref.
And all the fat of the bull of the sin offering he shall remove from it… and he shall burn it on wood with fire; it shall be burned in the place of the ashes.
4:13
Ve’im kol-adat Yisra’el yishgu…
And if the whole congregation of Israel errs…

When the sin which they have committed becomes known, then the congregation shall offer a young bull for a sin offering, and bring it before the Tent of Meeting.
4:15
Vesameju ziknei ha’edah et-yedeihem al-rosh hapar lifnei Adonay; veshajat et-hapar lifnei Adonay.
And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands upon the head of the bull before the Eternal, and the bull shall be slaughtered before the Eternal.
4:16
Vehevi hakohen hamashiaj midam hapar el-Ohel Mo’ed.
And the anointed priest shall bring some of the blood of the bull to the Tent of Meeting.
4:17
Vetaval hakohen etzba’o min-hadam, vehizah sheva pe’amim lifnei Adonay et-penei haparokhet.
And the priest shall dip his finger in some of the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the Eternal, in front of the veil.
4:18

And he shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar which is before the Eternal, that is in the Tent of Meeting; and all the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering, which is at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting.
4:19
Ve’et kol-jelbo yarim mimenu, vehiktir hamizbejah.
And all its fat he shall remove from it, and cause it to go up in smoke upon the altar.
4:20
Ve’asah lapar ka’asher asah lefar hajatat, ken ya’aseh-lo; vekiper alehem hakohen, venislaj lahem.
Thus shall he do with the bull; as he did with the bull of the sin offering, so shall he do with this; and the priest shall make atonement for them, and they shall be forgiven.
4:21
Vehotzi et-hapar el-mijutz lamajaneh, vesaraf oto ka’asher saraf et-hapar harishon; jatat hakahal hu.
And he shall carry forth the bull outside the camp, and burn it as he burned the first bull; it is the sin offering of the congregation.
4:22
Asher nasi yejeta ve’asah ajat mikol mitzvot Adonay Elohav asher lo te’asena bishgagah, ve’ashem.
When a ruler sins, and does unwittingly any one of all the things which the Eternal his God has commanded not to be done, and becomes guilty;
4:23
O hoda elav jatato asher jata bah, vehevi et-korbanó se’ir izim zakhar tamim.
If his sin wherein he has sinned is made known to him, he shall bring as his offering a goat, a male without blemish.
4:24
Vesamaj yado al-rosh hasa’ir, veshajat oto bimkom asher-yishjat et-ha’olah lifnei Adonay; jatat hu.
And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the goat, and slaughter it in the place where they slaughter the burnt offering before the Eternal; it is a sin offering.
4:25

And the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering.
4:26
Ve’et kol-jelbo yaktir hamizbejah kejelev zevaj hashelamim; vekiper alav hakohen mejatato, venislaj lo.
And all its fat he shall cause to go up in smoke upon the altar, as the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall make atonement for him as concerning his sin, and he shall be forgiven.

But if his means are not sufficient for two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he shall bring as his offering for that which he has sinned a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, nor put any frankincense thereon, for it is a sin offering.
5:12

And he shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take from it his handful as its memorial portion, and burn it upon the altar, upon the offerings of the Eternal made by fire; it is a sin offering.
5:13

And the priest shall make atonement for him as touching his sin that he has sinned in any of these things, and he shall be forgiven; and the remainder shall be the priest’s, as a meal offering.
5:14
Vayedaber Adonay el-Moshe lemor.
And the Eternal spoke to Moses, saying:
5:15

If a person commits a trespass and sins unintentionally in the holy things of the Eternal, then he shall bring his guilt offering to the Eternal, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to your valuation in silver by shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt offering.
5:16
Ve’et asher jata min-hakodesh yeshalem, ve’et jamishito yosef alav, venatan oto lakohen; vehakohen yekaper alav be’eil ha’asham venislaj lo.
And he shall make restitution for that which he has done wrong in the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and he shall be forgiven.
5:17
And if a person sins, and does any of the things which the Eternal has commanded not to be done, though he knew it not, yet he is guilty and shall bear his iniquity.
5:18
Vehevi ayil tamim min-hatzon be’erkeja le’asham el-hakohen; vekiper alav hakohen al-shiggato asher shagag vehu lo-yada venislaj lo.
And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to your valuation, for a guilt offering, to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him for the error which he committed unknowingly, and he shall be forgiven.
5:19
Asham hu, ashom asham l’Adonay.
It is a guilt offering; he has certainly incurred guilt before the Eternal.
5:20
Vayedaber Adonay el-Moshe lemor.
And the Eternal spoke to Moses, saying:
5:21
If a person sins and commits a trespass against the Eternal, and deals falsely with his neighbor in a matter of deposit, or of pledge, or of robbery, or has oppressed his neighbor;
5:22
Or has found that which was lost and lies about it, and swears falsely; in any of all these things that a man does, sinning therein;
5:23
Vehayah ki-yejeta ve’ashem, veheshiv et-hagezelah asher gazal o et-ha’osheq asher ashaq o et-hapikadon asher hufkad ito o et-ha’avedah asher matza.
Then it shall be, because he has sinned and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took by robbery, or the thing which he has gotten by oppression, or the deposit which was committed to him, or the lost thing which he found;
5:24
Or anything about which he has sworn falsely; he shall restore it in full, and shall add a fifth part more to it, and give it to him to whom it belongs, on the day of his guilt.
5:25
Ve’et ashamo yavi l’Adonay ayil tamim min-hatzon be’erkeja le’asham el-hakohen.
And he shall bring his guilt offering to the Eternal, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to your valuation, for a guilt offering, to the priest.
5:26
And the priest shall make atonement for him before the Eternal, and he shall be forgiven for anything of all that he has done in which he has become guilty.

Am-zu yatzarti li, tehillati yesaperu.
This people I have formed for Myself; they shall declare My praise.
43:22
But you have not called upon Me, O Jacob; rather, you have grown weary of Me, O Israel.
43:23
Lo-heveta li seh oloteja uzevajéja lo jibadtani; lo he’avadetija beminjah velo hoga’tija bilvonah.
You have not brought Me the sheep of your burnt offerings, neither have you honored Me with your sacrifices; I have not burdened you with meal offerings nor wearied you with frankincense.
43:24

You have not bought Me sweet cane with money, nor have you filled Me with the fat of your sacrifices; rather you have burdened Me with your sins, you have wearied Me with your iniquities.
43:25
Anoji anoji hu mojeh pesha’eja lema’ani vejatoteja lo ezkor.
I, I am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake, and your sins I will not remember.
43:26

Put Me in remembrance; let us plead together; declare you, that you may be justified.

Ko amar Adonay oseja veyotserja mibeten ya’azreja; al-tira avdi Yaakov vYeshurun bajarti bo.
Thus says the Eternal who made you and formed you from the womb, who will help you: Fear not, O Jacob My servant, and Yeshurun whom I have chosen.
44:3

And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for Me, since I appointed the ancient people? And the things that are coming, and that shall come to pass, let them declare.
44:8
