Ez-rí me-im Ado-nái; o-séh sha-má-yim va-a-rétz. | My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
Al yi-tén la-mot rag-le-kha; al ya-núm sho-me-re-kha. | He will not let your foot be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.
Hin-néh lo ya-núm ve-lo yi-shán; sho-mér Yis-ra-él. | Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
Ado-nái sho-me-re-kha; Ado-nái tzil-le-kha al yad ye-mi-ne-kha. | The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade on your right hand.
Yo-mám ha-shé-mesh lo ya-ke-káh; ve-ya-ré-akh ba-láy-lah. | The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
Ado-nái yish-mor-kha mi-kál rá; yish-mór et naf-she-kha. | The LORD will keep you from all evil; He will keep your life.
| The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.
