| 2 | תִּכּוֹן תְּפִלָּתִי קְטֹרֶת לְפָנֶיךָ מַשְׂאַת כַּפַּי מִנְחַת־עָרֶב | Ti-kón te-fi-la-tí ke-to-rét le-fa-ne-kha; mas-at ka-p-p-ái min-khaát a-rév. | Let my prayer be counted as incense before You, and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice! |

| 4 | אַל־תַּט־לִבִּי לְדָבָר רָע לְהִתְעוֹלֵל עֲלִלוֹת בְּרֶשַׁע אֶת־אִישִׁים פֹּעֲלֵי־אָוֶן וּבַל־אֶלְחַם בְּמַנְעַמֵּיהֶם | Al taát lib-bí le-da-vár rá; le-hit-ol-lél a-li-lót be-ré-sha et a-n-shéi po-a-léi a-vén; ve-bal el-khaám be-man-am-mé-hem. | Do not let my heart incline to any evil, to busy myself with wicked deeds in company with men who work iniquity, and let me not eat of their delicacies! |
| 5 | יֶהֶלְמֵנִי־צַדִּיק חֶסֶד וְיוֹכִיחֵנִי שֶׁמֶן רֹאשׁ אַל־יָנִי רֹאשִׁי כִּי־עוֹד וּתְפִלָּתִי בְּרָעוֹתֵיהֶם | Ye-hél-me-ni tza-dík khé-sed ve-yo-khi-khé-ni; shé-men rósh al ya-ní ro-shí; ki od u-te-fi-la-tí be-ra-o-té-hem. | Let a righteous man strike me — it is a kindness; let him rebuke me — it is oil for my head; let my head not refuse it. Yet my prayer is continually against their evil deeds. |
| 6 | נִשְׁמְטוּ בִידֵי־סֶלַע שֹׁפְטֵיהֶם וְשָׁמְעוּ אֲמָרַי כִּי נָעֵמוּ | Nish-me-tú bi-déi sé-la sho-fe-té-hem; ve-sha-me-ú a-ma-r-ái ki na-e-mú. | When their judges are thrown over the cliff, then they shall hear my words, for they are pleasant. |
| 7 | כְּמוֹ פֹלֵחַ וּבֹקֵעַ בָּאָרֶץ נִפְזְרוּ עֲצָמֵינוּ לְפִי שְׁאוֹל | Ke-mo fo-lé-akh u-vo-ké‘ ba-a-rétz; nif-ze-rú a-tza-mo-té-nu le-fi she-ol. | As when one plows and breaks up the earth, so shall our bones be scattered at the mouth of Sheol. |
| 8 | כִּי אֵלֶיךָ יְהֹוִה אֲדֹנָי עֵינָי בְּכָה חָסִיתִי אַל־תְּעַר נַפְשִׁי | Ki e-lé-kha Ado-nái a-do-nái e-n-ái; be-kha kha-sí-ti al te-ar al naf-shí. | But my eyes are toward You, O the LORD my Lord; in You I seek refuge; leave me not defenseless! |
| 9 | שָׁמְרֵנִי מִידֵי פַח יָקְשׁוּ לִי וּמֹקְשׁוֹת פֹּעֲלֵי אָוֶן | Sho-me-ré-ni mi-ye-déi paákh ya-ke-shú-li; u-mo-k-she-shím po-a-léi a-vén. | Keep me from the trap that they have laid for me and from the snares of evildoers! |
| 10 | יִפְּלוּ בְמַכְמֹרָיו רְשָׁעִים יַחַד אָנֹכִי עַד־אֶעֱבוֹר | Yi-pe-lú ve-makh-mo-ráv re-sha-ím; ya-khaád a-ní ad a-a-vór. | Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I pass by safely. |
