Brief Commentary
A prayer of the congregation for the king as he goes out to battle, that the LORD answer him in the day of trouble and send help from the sanctuary. The people will shout for joy in his salvation.
Against those who trust in chariots and horses, Israel invokes the name of the LORD their God, confident that He saves His anointed.
