לַמְנַצֵּחַ בִּנְגִינוֹת מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד |
Lamnatzeakh binginot, mizmor leDavid. |
For the leader, with stringed instruments. A psalm of David. |

בְּקָרְאִי עֲנֵנִי אֱלֹהֵי צִדְקִי בַּצָּר הִרְחַבְתָּ לִּי חָנֵּנִי וּשְׁמַע תְּפִלָּתִי |
Bekoré anení Elohéi tzidkí; batzar hirkhavta lí; khanení ushmá tefilatí. |
Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness; You set me free in my distress; be gracious to me and hear my prayer. |

בְּנֵי אִישׁ עַד־מֶה כְבוֹדִי לִכְלִמָּה תֶּאֱהָבוּן רִיק תְּבַקְשׁוּ כָזָב סֶלָה |
Benéi ish, ad-meh kevodí likhlimáh; te’ehavún rik, tevakeshú khazav, selah. |
O sons of men, how long will My glory be put to shame? How long will you love vanity and seek falsehood? Selah. |

וּדְעוּ כִּי־הִפְלָה יהוה חָסִיד לוֹ יהוה יִשְׁמַע בְּקָרְאִי אֵלָיו |
Ude’ú ki-hiflá Adonai khasid lo; Adonai yishmá bekoré elav. |
Know that Adonai has set apart the faithful one for Himself; Adonai hears when I call to Him. |

רִגְזוּ וְאַל־תֶּחֱטָאוּ אִמְרוּ בִלְבַבְכֶם עַל־מִשְׁכַּבְכֶם וְדֹמּוּ סֶלָה |
Rigzú ve’al-tekhetáu; imrú vilvavkhem al-mishkavkhem vedómu, selah. |
Tremble, and do not sin; commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah. |

זִבְחוּ זִבְחֵי־צֶדֶק וּבִטְחוּ אֶל־יהוה |
Zivkhú zivkhéi-tzedek uvitkhú el-Adonai. |
Offer sacrifices of righteousness, and trust in Adonai. |

רַבִּים אֹמְרִים מִי־יַרְאֵנוּ טוֹב נְסָה־עָלֵינוּ אוֹר פָּנֶיךָ יהוה |
Rabim omerim: mi-yarénu tov? Nesáh-alénu or panékha Adonai. |
Many say: who will show us good? Lift up the light of Your face upon us, O Adonai. |

נָתַתָּה שִׂמְחָה בְלִבִּי מֵעֵת דְּגָנָם וְתִירוֹשָׁם רָבּוּ |
Natátah simkháh velibí, me’et deganám vetiroshám rabú. |
You have put gladness in my heart, more than in the season when their grain and wine increase. |

בְּשָׁלוֹם יַחְדָּו אֶשְׁכְּבָה וְאִישָׁן כִּי־אַתָּה יהוה לְבָדָד לָבֶטַח תּוֹשִׁיבֵנִי |
Beshalom yakhdav eshkevah ve’ishán; ki-atah Adonai levadad lavetakh toshivéní. |
In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for You alone, O Adonai, make me dwell in safety. |
