| 1 | בְּךָ־יְהוָה חָסִיתִי אַל־אֵבוֹשָׁה לְעוֹלָם | Be-khá Ado-nái kha-sí-ti; al e-vó-shah le-o-lám. | In You, O the LORD, do I take refuge; let me never be put to shame! |
| 2 | בְּצִדְקָתְךָ תַּצִּילֵנִי וּתְפַלְּטֵנִי הַטֵּה־אֵלַי אָזְנְךָ וְהוֹשִׁיעֵנִי | Be-tzid-ka-te-khá tats-tzi-lé-ni va-te-pal-le-té-ni; hat-téh e-lái oz-ne-khá ve-ho-shi-é-ni. | In Your righteousness deliver me and rescue me; incline Your ear to me, and save me! |
| 3 | הֱיֵה לִי לְצוּר מָעוֹן לָבוֹא תָּמִיד צִוִּיתָ לְהוֹשִׁיעֵנִי כִּי־סַלְעִי וּמְצוּדָתִי אָתָּה | He-yéh lí le-tzur ma-ón lá-vo ta-míd; tzi-ví-ta le-ho-shi-é-ni; ki sal-í u-me-tzu-da-tí at-táh. | Be to me a rock of refuge, to which I may continually come; You have given the command to save me, for You are my rock and my fortress. |
| 4 | אֱלֹהַי פַּלְּטֵנִי מִיַּד רָשָׁע מִכַּף מְעַוֵּל וְחוֹמֵץ | E-lo-h-ái pal-te-ní mi-yad ra-shá; mi-kaf me-a-vél ve-kho-métz. | Rescue me, O my God, from the hand of the wicked, from the grasp of the unjust and cruel man. |
| 5 | כִּי־אַתָּה תִקְוָתִי אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה מִבְטַחִי מִנְּעוּרָי | Ki at-táh tik-va-tí Ado-nái; E-lo-hím be-takh-tí mi-ne-u-rái. | For You, O the LORD, are my hope, my trust, O LORD, from my youth. |
| 6 | עָלֶיךָ נִסְמַכְתִּי מִבֶּטֶן מִמְּעֵי אִמִּי אַתָּה גוֹזִי בְּךָ תְהִלָּתִי תָמִיד | A-le-khá nis-makh-tí mi-bé-ten; mi-me-eí im-mí at-táh go-zí; be-khá te-hil-la-tí ta-míd. | Upon You I have leaned from before my birth; You are He who took me from my mother’s womb. My praise is continually of You. |
| 7 | כְּמוֹפֵת הָיִיתִי לְרַבִּים וְאַתָּה מַחֲסִי־עֹז | Ke-mo-fét ha-yí-ti le-ra-bím; ve-at-táh makh-sí-uáz. | I have been as a portent to many, but You are my strong refuge. |
| 8 | יִמָּלֵא פִי תְּהִלָּתֶךָ כָּל־הַיּוֹם תִּפְאַרְתֶּךָ | Yi-malé fi te-hil-la-te-khá; kál ha-yom tif-a-re-te-khá. | My mouth is filled with Your praise, and with Your glory all the day. |
| 9 | אַל־תַּשְׁלִיכֵנִי לְעֵת זִקְנָה כִּכְלוֹת כֹּחִי אַל־תַּעַזְבֵנִי | Al tash-li-khé-ni le-et zik-náh; ke-akh-lót ko-khí al ta-az-ve-ní. | Do not cast me off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength is spent. |
| 10 | כִּי־אָמְרוּ אוֹיְבַי לִי וְשֹׁמְרֵי נַפְשִׁי נוֹעֲצוּ יַחְדָּו | Ki am-re-ú oy-vái lí; ve-sho-me-réi naf-shí no-a-tzú yakh-dáv. | For my enemies speak concerning me; those who watch for my life consult together. |
| 11 | לֵאמֹר אֱלֹהִים עֲזָבוֹ רִדְפוּ וְתִפְשׂוּהוּ כִּי־אֵין מַצִּיל | Le-mor E-lo-hím a-za-vó; ri-de-fú-hu ve-ti-fe-sú-hu ki ein ma-tzíl. | Saying, ‘God has forsaken him; pursue and seize him, for there is none to deliver him.’ |
| 12 | אֱלֹהִים אַל־תִּרְחַק מִמֶּנִּי אֱלֹהַי לְעֶזְרָתִי חישהחישהחוּשָׁה | E-lo-hím al tir-khaák mim-mé-ni; E-lo-h-ái le-ez-ra-tí khú-shah. | O God, be not far from me; O my God, make haste to help me! |
| 13 | יֵבֹשׁוּ יִכְלוּ שֹׂטְנֵי נַפְשִׁי יַעֲטוּ חֶרְפָּה וּכְלִמָּה מְבַקְשֵׁי רָעָתִי | Ye-vo-shú yikh-lú sar-réi naf-shí; ya-atú-hu kher-páh u-khe-lim-máh me-vak-she-í ra-a-tí. | May my accusers be put to shame and consumed; with scorn and disgrace may those be covered who seek my hurt. |
| 14 | וַאֲנִי תָּמִיד אֲיַחֵל וְהוֹסַפְתִּי עַל־כָּל־תְּהִלָּתֶךָ | Va-a-ní ta-míd a-ya-khél; ve-ho-saf-tí al kál te-hil-la-te-khá. | But I will hope continually and will praise You yet more and more. |
| 15 | פִּי יְסַפֵּר צִדְקָתֶךָ כָּל־הַיּוֹם תְּשׁוּעָתֶךָ כִּי לֹא יָדַעְתִּי סְפֹרוֹת | Pi ye-sap-pér tzid-ka-te-khá; kál ha-yom ye-shu-a-te-khá; ki lo ya-daá-ti se-fa-rót. | My mouth will tell of Your righteous acts, of Your deeds of salvation all the day, for their number is past my knowledge. |
| 16 | אָבוֹא בִּגְבֻרוֹת אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה אַזְכִּיר צִדְקָתְךָ לְבַדֶּךָ | A-vo-ó big-vu-rót Ado-nái E-lo-hím; az-kír tzid-ka-te-khá le-vad-de-khá. | With the mighty deeds of the LORD the LORD I will come; I will remind them of Your righteousness, Yours alone. |
| 17 | אֱלֹהִים לִמַּדְתַּנִי מִנְּעוּרָי וְעַד־הֵנָּה אַגִּיד נִפְלְאוֹתֶיךָ | E-lo-hím li-m-ad-tá-ni mi-ne-u-rái; ve-ad-hé-nah ag-gíd nif-le-o-te-khá. | O God, from my youth You have taught me, and I still proclaim Your wondrous deeds. |
| 18 | וְגַם עַד־זִקְנָה וְשֵׂיבָה אֱלֹהִים אַל־תַּעַזְבֵנִי עַד־אַגִּיד זְרוֹעֲךָ לְדוֹר לְכָל־יָבוֹא גְּבוּרָתֶךָ | Ve-gam ad zik-náh ve-se-váh E-lo-hím al ta-az-ve-ní; ad ag-gíd ze-ro-a-khá le-dor; le-khál ya-vo yig-vu-ra-te-khá. | So even to old age and gray hairs, O God, do not forsake me, until I proclaim Your might to another generation, Your power to all those to come. |
| 19 | וְצִדְקָתְךָ אֱלֹהִים עַד־מָרוֹם אֲשֶׁר־עָשִׂיתָ גְדֹלוֹת אֱלֹהִים מִי כָמוֹךָ | Ve-tzid-ka-te-khá E-lo-hím ad ma-róm; a-shér a-sí-ta ge-do-lót; E-lo-hím mi kha-mo-khá. | Your righteousness, O God, reaches the high heavens. You who have done great things, O God, who is like You? |
| 20 | אֲשֶׁר הראיתנוהראיתנוהִרְאִיתַנִי צָרוֹת רַבּוֹת וְרָעוֹת תָּשׁוּב תחיינותחיינותְּחַיֵּינִי וּמִתְּהֹמוֹת הָאָרֶץ תָּשׁוּב תַּעֲלֵנִי | A-shér har-e-í-ta-ni tza-rót ra-bót ve-ra-ót; ta-shúv te-kha-y-ye-ní; u-mi-te-ho-mót ha-á-rets ta-shúv ta-a-le-ní. | You who have made me see many troubles and calamities will revive me again; from the depths of the earth You will bring me up again. |
| 21 | תֶּרֶב גְּדֻלָּתִי וְתִסֹּב תְּנַחֲמֵנִי | Tar-béh ge-du-la-tí; ve-ti-sóv te-na-kha-me-ní. | You will increase my greatness and comfort me again. |
| 22 | גַּם־אֲנִי אוֹדְךָ בִכְלִי־נֶבֶל אֲמִתְּךָ אֱלֹהָי אֲזַמְּרָה לְךָ בְכִנּוֹר קְדוֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל | Gam a-ní o-de-khá bi-kh-lí né-vel a-mi-te-khá E-lo-h-ái; a-zam-me-ráh le-khá be-khin-nór ke-dosh Yis-ra-él. | I will also praise You with the harp for Your faithfulness, O my God; I will sing praises to You with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel. |
| 23 | תְּרַנֵּנָּה שְׂפָתַי כִּי אֲזַמְּרָה־לָּךְ וְנַפְשִׁי אֲשֶׁר פָּדִיתָ | Te-ra-ne-náh se-fa-tái ki a-zam-me-ráh lákh; ve-naf-shí a-shér pa-dí-ta. | My lips will shout for joy, when I sing praises to You; my soul also, which You have redeemed. |
| 24 | גַּם־לְשׁוֹנִי כָּל־הַיּוֹם תֶּהְגֶּה צִדְקָתֶךָ כִּי־בֹשׁוּ כִי־חָפְרוּ מְבַקְשֵׁי רָעָתִי | Gam le-sho-ní kál ha-yom teh-géh tzid-ka-te-khá; ki vo-shú ki kkha-le-mú me-vak-she-í ra-a-tí. | And my tongue will talk of Your righteous help all the day long, for they have been put to shame and disappointed who sought to do me hurt. |
