1 לִבְנֵי־קֹרַח מִזְמוֹר שִׁיר יְסוּדָתוֹ בְּהַרְרֵי־קֹדֶשׁ Liv-néi Ko-rákh miz-mór shír. Ye-su-da-tó be-har-réi kó-desh. Of the Sons of Korah. A Psalm. A Song. On the holy mountain stands the city He founded.
2 אֹהֵב יְהוָה שַׁעֲרֵי צִיּוֹן מִכֹּל מִשְׁכְּנוֹת יַעֲקֹב O-hév Ado-nái sha-a-réi Tzi-yón mi-kál mish-ke-nót Ya-a-kóv. The LORD loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwelling places of Jacob.
3 נִכְבָּדוֹת מְדֻבָּר בָּךְ עִיר הָאֱלֹהִים סֶלָה Nikh-ba-dót me-dub-bár bákh; ír ha-E-lo-hím. Sé-lah. Glorious things of you are spoken, O city of God. Selah.
4 אַזְכִּיר רַהַב וּבָבֶל לְיֹדְעָי הִנֵּה פְלֶשֶׁת וְצוֹר עִם־כּוּשׁ זֶה יֻלַּד־שָׁם Az-kír Ra-háv u-Va-vél le-yo-de-ái; hin-néh Fe-lé-shet ve-Tzor im Kush; ze yu-lad shám. Among those who know Me I mention Rahab and Babylon; behold, Philistia and Tyre, with Cush — ‘This one was born there,’ they say.
5 וּלֲצִיּוֹן יֵאָמַר אִישׁ וְאִישׁ יֻלַּד־בָּהּ וְהוּא יְכוֹנְנֶהָ עֶלְיוֹן U-le-Tzi-yón ye-a-már ísh ve-ísh yu-lad báh; ve-hu ye-kho-ne-n-né-ha el-yón. And of Zion it shall be said, ‘This one and that one were born in her’; for the Most High Himself will establish her.
6 יְהוָה יִסְפֹּר בִּכְתוֹב עַמִּים זֶה יֻלַּד־שָׁם סֶלָה Ado-nái yis-pór bikh-tóv am-mím; ze yu-lad shám. Sé-lah. The LORD records as He registers the peoples, ‘This one was born there.’ Selah.
7 וְשָׁרִים כְּחֹלְלִים כָּל־מַעְיָנַי בָּךְ Ve-sha-rím ke-kho-le-lím kál ma-a-ya-n-ái vákh. Singers and dancers alike say, ‘All my springs are in you.’
