| 3 | מִמִּזְרַח־שֶׁמֶשׁ עַד־מְבוֹאוֹ מְהֻלָּל שֵׁם יְהוָה | Mi-mi-zá-rkh shé-mesh ad me-vo-ó; me-hul-lál shém Ado-nái. | From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the LORD is to be praised! |

| 6 | הַמַּשְׁפִּילִי לִרְאוֹת בַּשָּׁמַיִם וּבָאָרֶץ | Ha-mash-pí-li lir-oót ba-sha-má-yim u-va-á-rets. | Who looks far down on the heavens and the earth? |
| 7 | מְקִימִי מֵעָפָר דָּל מֵאַשְׁפֹּת יָרִים אֶבְיוֹן | Me-ki-mí me-a-fár dal; me-ash-pót ya-rím ev-yón. | He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap. |
| 8 | לְהוֹשִׁיבִי עִם־נְדִיבִים עִם נְדִיבֵי עַמּוֹ | Le-ho-shí-vi im ne-di-vím; im ne-di-véi am-mó. | To make them sit with princes, with the princes of His people. |
| 9 | מוֹשִׁיבִי עֲקֶרֶת הַבַּיִת אֵם־הַבָּנִים שְׂמֵחָה הַלְלוּ־יָהּ | Mo-shí-vi a-ké-ret ha-bá-yit; em ha-ba-ním se-me-kháh; ha-le-lu-yáh. | He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyful mother of children. Hallelujah! |
