| 1 | לְדָוִד מִזְמוֹר לַיהוָה הָאָרֶץ וּמְלוֹאָהּ תֵּבֵל וְיֹשְׁבֵי בָהּ | LeDavid mizmor. La-Adonai ha’aretz u-melo’ah; tevel veyoshevei vah. | A Psalm of David. The earth is Adonai’s and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell in it. |
| 2 | כִּי־הוּא עַל־יַמִּים יְסָדָהּ וְעַל־נְהָרוֹת יְכוֹנְנֶהָ | Ki hu al yammim yesadah; ve‘al neharot yekhonenah. | For He has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers. |
| 3 | מִי־יַעֲלֶה בְהַר־יְהוָה וּמִי־יָקוּם בִּמְקוֹם קָדְשׁוֹ | Mi ya‘aleh ve-har Adonai; umi yakum bimkom kodsho. | Who shall ascend the mountain of Adonai? And who shall stand in His holy place? |
| 4 | נְקִי כַפַּיִם וּבַר־לֵבָב אֲשֶׁר לֹא־נָשָׂא לַשָּׁוְא נַפְשִׁי וְלֹא נִשְׁבַּע לְמִרְמָה | Neki khappayim uvar levav; asher lo nasa lashav nafshi; velo nishba lemirmah. | He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood and has not sworn deceitfully. |
| 5 | יִשָּׂא בְרָכָה מֵאֵת יְהוָה וּצְדָקָה מֵאֱלֹהֵי יִשְׁעוֹ | Yissa verakhah me’et Adonai; utzedakah me’Elohei yish‘o. | He shall receive blessing from Adonai and righteousness from the God of his salvation. |
| 6 | זֶה דּוֹר דֹּרְשָׁיו מְבַקְשֵׁי פָנֶיךָ יַעֲקֹב סֶלָה | Zeh dor doreshav; mevakshei fanekha Ya‘akov. Selah. | Such is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face, O Jacob. Selah. |
