Bless the LORD, O my soul! O the LORD my God, You are very great! You are clothed with splendor and majesty.
O-téh or ka-sal-máh; no-téh sha-má-yim ka-ye-ri-áh. Covering Yourself with light as with a garment, stretching out the heavens like a tent.
Who lays the beams of His chambers on the waters, who makes the clouds His chariot, who rides on the wings of the wind.
O-séh mal-a-kháv ru-khot; me-sha-re-táv esh lo-hét. He makes His messengers winds, His ministers a flaming fire.
Ya-sad e-rétz al me-kho-ne-há; bal ti-mót o-lám va-éd. He set the earth on its foundations, so that it should never be moved.
Te-hom ka-l-vúsh ki-sí-to; al harím ya-a-me-dú ma-yím. You covered it with the deep as with a garment; the waters stood above the mountains.
Mi-ga-a-ra-te-kha ye-nu-sún; mi-kól ra-a-me-kha ye-kha-fe-zún. At Your rebuke they fled; at the sound of Your thunder they took to flight.
Ya-a-lú harím ye-re-dú ve-ka-ót el me-kom ze ya-sad-tá la-hém. The mountains rose, the valleys sank down to the place that You appointed for them.
Ge-vúl sam-tá bal ya-a-vorún; bal ye-shu-vún le-khas-sót ha-a-rétz. You set a boundary that they may not pass, so that they might not again cover the earth.
Ha-me-sha-lé-akh ma-ya-ním ba-ne-kha-lím; béin harím ye-ha-le-khún. You make springs gush forth in the valleys; they flow between the hills.
Yash-kú kál kha-y-to sa-dái; yish-be-rú pe-ra-ím tze-ma-a-m. They give drink to every beast of the field; the wild donkeys quench their thirst.
A-le-hém of ha-sha-má-yim yish-kón; mi-béin o-fa-yím yi-te-nú kól. Beside them the birds of the heavens dwell; they sing among the branches.
Mash-kéh harím me-a-li-yo-táv; mi-pe-rí ma-a-se-kha tis-ba-áh ha-a-rétz. From Your lofty abode You water the mountains; the earth is satisfied with the fruit of Your work.
Matz-mí-akh kha-tzír la-ve-hemáh; ve-e-sév la-a-vo-dát ha-a-dám; le-ho-tzí-a lé-khem min ha-a-rétz. You cause the grass to grow for the livestock and plants for man to cultivate, that he may bring forth food from the earth.
Ve-ya-yín ye-sam-mé-akh le-vév e-nósh; le-hatz-híl pa-ním mi-shé-men; ve-lé-khem lé-vav e-nósh yis-a-d. And wine to gladden the heart of man, oil to make his face shine and bread to strengthen man’s heart.
Yis-be-ú a-tzéi Ado-nái; ar-zéi Le-va-nón a-shér na-tá. The trees of the LORD are watered abundantly, the cedars of Lebanon that He planted.
A-shér shám tzip-po-rím ye-ka-né-nu; kha-si-dáh be-ro-shím béi-tah. In them the birds build their nests; the stork has her home in the fir trees.
He-ha-rím ha-ge-vo-hím la-ye-e-lím; se-la-ím ma-kha-séh la-she-fa-ním. The high mountains are for the wild goats; the rocks are a refuge for the rock badgers.
A-sáh ya-ré-akh le-mo-a-dím; shé-mesh ya-dá‘ me-vo-ó. He made the moon to mark the seasons; the sun knows its time for setting.
Ta-shét khó-shekh vi-hí la-y-lah; bo tir-mós kál kha-y-to ya-ar. You make darkness, and it is night, when all the beasts of the forest creep about.
Ha-ke-firím sho-a-gím la-ta-réf; u-le-vak-késh me-E-l a-kh-la-m. The young lions roar for their prey, seeking their food from God.
Tiz-rákh ha-shé-mesh ye-a-se-fún; ve-el me-o-no-tám yir-be-tzún. When the sun rises, they steal away and lie down in their dens.
Ye-tzé a-dám le-fo-a-ló; u-la-a-vo-da-tó a-de-í-e-rév. Man goes out to his work and to his labor until the evening.
O the LORD, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom have You made them all; the earth is full of Your creatures.
Here is the sea, great and wide, which teems with creatures innumerable, living things both small and great.
Shám o-ni-yót ye-ha-le-khún; Li-vyá-tan ze ya-tzar-tá le-sa-khaák bo. There go the ships, and Leviathan, which You formed to play in it.
Ku-l-lám e-lé-kha ye-sa-be-rún; la-tét a-kh-lám be-i-tó. These all look to You, to give them their food in due season.
Ti-tén la-hém yil-ke-tún; tif-taákh ya-de-kha yis-be-ún tóv. When You give it to them, they gather it up; when You open Your hand, they are filled with good things.
Tas-tír pa-ne-kha yi-va-he-lún; to-séf ru-kha-m ya-gu-vún; ve-el a-fa-rám ye-shu-vún. When You hide Your face, they are dismayed; when You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust.
Te-sha-lákh ru-kha-kha yi-va-re-ún; u-te-khad-désh pe-néi a-da-máh. When You send forth Your Spirit, they are created, and You renew the face of the ground.
Ye-hí khe-vod Ado-nái le-o-lám; yis-maákh Ado-nái be-ma-a-sáv. May the glory of the LORD endure forever; may the LORD rejoice in His works.
Ha-ma-bít la-a-rétz va-tir-aád; yi-ga‘ be-harím ve-ye-a-shé-nu. Who looks on the earth and it trembles, who touches the mountains and they smoke!
A-shí-rah la-Ado-nái be-kha-y-y-ái; a-zam-me-ráh le-E-lo-h-ái be-o-dí. I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have being.
Ye-e-ráv a-láv si-khí; a-nó-khi es-maákh ba-Ado-nái. May my meditation be pleasing to Him, for I rejoice in the LORD.
Let sinners be consumed from the earth, and let the wicked be no more! Bless the LORD, O my soul! Hallelujah!
