| 7 | הוּא יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ בְּכָל־הָאָרֶץ מִשְׁפָּטָיו | Hu Ado-nái E-lo-hé-nu; be-khál ha-a-rétz mish-pa-táv. | He is the LORD our God; His judgments are in all the earth. |
| 8 | זָכַר לְעוֹלָם בְּרִיתוֹ דָּבָר צִוָּה לְאֶלֶף דּוֹר | Za-khár le-o-lám be-ri-tó; da-vár tzi-váh le-e-léf dor. | He remembers His covenant forever, the word that He commanded, for a thousand generations. |

| 10 | וַיַּעֲמִידֶהָ לְיַעֲקֹב לְחֹק לְיִשְׂרָאֵל בְּרִית עוֹלָם | Va-ya-a-mi-de-há le-Ya-a-kóv le-khók; le-Yis-ra-él be-rít o-lám. | Which He confirmed to Jacob as a statute, to Israel as an everlasting covenant. |
| 11 | לֵאמֹר לְךָ אֶתֵּן אֶת־אֶרֶץ־כְּנָעַן חֶבֶל נַחֲלַתְכֶם | Le-mor le-kha e-tén et e-rétz Ke-na-aán; khé-vel na-kha-la-te-khém. | Saying, To you I will give the land of Canaan as your portion for an inheritance. |
| 12 | בִּהְיוֹתָם מְתֵי מִסְפָּר כִּמְעַט וְגָרִים בָּהּ | Bih-yo-tám me-téi mis-pár; ki-me-at ve-gé-rim báh. | When they were few in number, of little account, and sojourners in it. |
| 13 | וַיִּתְהַלְּכוּ מִגּוֹי אֶל־גּוֹי מִמַּמְלָכָה אֶל־עַם אַחֵר | Va-yit-ha-le-khú mi-goi el goi; mi-mam-la-kháh el am a-khér. | Wandering from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people. |
| 14 | לֹא־הִנִּיחַ אָדָם לְעָשְׁקָם וַיּוֹכַח עֲלֵיהֶם מְלָכִים | Lo hi-ní-akh a-dám le-ash-kám; va-yo-khaákh a-le-hém me-la-khím. | He allowed no one to oppress them; He rebuked kings on their account. |
| 15 | אַל־תִּגְּעוּ בִמְשִׁיחָי וְלִנְבִיאַי אַל־תָּרֵעוּ | Al tig-e-rú vim-shi-kh-ái; u-vi-ne-ví-ai al ta-re-ú. | Do not touch My anointed ones, do My prophets no harm! |
| 16 | וַיִּקְרָא רָעָב עַל־הָאָרֶץ כָּל־מַטֵּה־לֶחֶם שָׁבָר | Va-yik-rá ra-a-v al ha-a-rétz; kál mat-téh lé-khem sha-vár. | When He summoned a famine on the land and broke all supply of bread. |
| 17 | שָׁלַח לִפְנֵיהֶם אִישׁ לְעֶבֶד נִמְכַּר יוֹסֵף | Sha-lákh lif-ne-hém ísh; le-e-véd nim-kár Yo-séf. | He had sent a man ahead of them, Joseph, who was sold as a slave. |
| 18 | עִנּוּ בַכֶּבֶל רגליורגליורַגְלוֹ בַּרְזֶל בָּאָה נַפְשׁוֹ | In-nú va-ké-vel rag-ló; bar-zel ba-áh naf-shó. | His feet were hurt with fetters; his neck was put in a collar of iron. |
| 19 | עַד־עֵת בֹּא־דְבָרוֹ אִמְרַת יְהוָה צְרָפָתְהוּ | Ad e’t bo de-va-ró; im-rat Ado-nái tzi-re-fa-t-hu. | Until what he had said came to pass, the word of the LORD tested him. |
| 20 | שָׁלַח מֶלֶךְ וַיַּתִּירֵהוּ מֹשֵׁל עַמִּים וַיְפַתְּחֵהוּ | Sha-lákh mé-lekh va-yat-ti-re-hú; mo-shél am-mím va-ye-fat-te-khé-hu. | The king sent and released him; the ruler of the peoples set him free. |
| 21 | שָׂמוֹ אָדוֹן לְבֵיתוֹ וּמֹשֵׁל בְּכָל־קִנְיָנוֹ | Sa-mó adón le-véi-to; u-mo-shél be-khál kin-ya-nó. | He made him lord of his house and ruler of all his possessions. |
| 22 | לֶאְסֹר שָׂרָיו בְּנַפְשׁוֹ וּזְקֵנָיו יְחַכֵּם | Le-e-sór sa-ráv be-naf-shó; u-ze-ke-náv ye-kha-k-kém. | To bind his princes at his pleasure and to teach his elders wisdom. |
| 23 | וַיָּבֹא יִשְׂרָאֵל מִצְרָיִם וְיַעֲקֹב גָּר בְּאֶרֶץ־חָם | Va-ya-vó Yis-ra-él Mitz-rá-yim; ve-Ya-a-kóv gár be-e-rétz Khám. | Then Israel came to Egypt; Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham. |
| 24 | וַיֶּפֶר אֶת־עַמּוֹ מְאֹד וַיַּעֲצִמֵהוּ מִצָּרָיו | Va-ye-fer et am-mó me-od; va-ya-at-tzi-me-hú mi-tza-ráv. | And the LORD made His people very fruitful and made them stronger than their foes. |
| 25 | הָפַךְ לִבָּם לִשְׂנֹא עַמּוֹ לְהִתְנַכֵּל בַּעֲבָדָיו | Ha-fákh li-bám lis-nóa am-mó; le-hit-na-k-kél ba-a-va-dáv. | He turned their hearts to hate His people, to deal craftily with His servants. |
| 26 | שָׁלַח מֹשֶׁה עַבְדּוֹ אַהֲרֹן אֲשֶׁר בָּחַר־בּוֹ | Sha-lákh Mo-shéh av-dó; Ah-a-rón a-shér va-khaár bo. | He sent Moses, His servant, and Aaron, whom He had chosen. |
| 27 | שָׂמוּ־בָם דִּבְרֵי אֹתוֹתָיו וּמֹפְתִים בְּאֶרֶץ חָם | Sa-mú va-m dív-réi o-to-táv; u-mo-fe-tím be-e-rétz Khám. | They performed His signs among them and miracles in the land of Ham. |
| 28 | שָׁלַח חֹשֶׁךְ וַיַּחְשִׁךְ וְלֹא־מָרוּ אֶת־דברוודברוודְּבָרוֹ | Sha-lákh khó-shekh va-yakh-shíkh; ve-lo ma-rú et de-va-ró. | He sent darkness, and made the land dark; they did not rebel against His words. |
| 29 | הָפַךְ אֶת־מֵימֵיהֶם לְדָם וַיָּמֶת אֶת־דְּגָתָם | Ha-fákh et me-me-hém le-dám; va-ya-mét et da-ga-tám. | He turned their waters into blood and caused their fish to die. |
| 30 | שָׁרַץ אַרְצָם צְפַרְדְּעִים בְּחַדְרֵי מַלְכֵיהֶם | Sha-rátz ar-tzám tze-far-de-ím; be-kha-d-réi mal-ke-hém. | Their land swarmed with frogs, even in the chambers of their kings. |
| 31 | אָמַר וַיָּבֹא עָרֹב כִּנִּים בְּכָל־גְּבוּלָם | A-már va-ya-vó a-róv; kin-ním be-khál ge-vu-lám. | He spoke, and there came swarms of flies, and gnats throughout their country. |
| 32 | נָתַן גִּשְׁמֵיהֶם בָּרָד אֵשׁ לֶהָבוֹת בְּאַרְצָם | Na-tán gish-me-hém ba-rád; ésh le-ha-vót be-ar-tzám. | He gave them hail for rain, and lightning that flashed through their land. |
| 33 | וַיַּךְ גַּפְנָם וּתְאֵנָתָם וַיְשַׁבֵּר עֵץ גְּבוּלָם | Va-yakh ga-f-nám ve-te-e-na-tám; va-ye-shab-bér a-tzéi ge-vu-lám. | He struck down their vines and fig trees, and shattered the trees of their country. |
| 34 | אָמַר וַיָּבֹא אַרְבֶּה וְיֶלֶק וְאֵין מִסְפָּר | A-már va-ya-vó ar-béh; ve-ye-lék en mis-pár. | He spoke, and the locusts came, young locusts without number. |
| 35 | וַיֹּאכַל כָּל־עֵשֶׂב בְּאַרְצָם וַיֹּאכַל פְּרִי אַדְמָתָם | Va-yo-khaál kál e-sév be-ar-tzám; va-yo-khaál pe-rí ad-ma-tám. | They devoured all the vegetation in their land and ate up the fruit of their ground. |
| 36 | וַיַּךְ כָּל־בְּכוֹר בְּאַרְצָם רֵאשִׁית לְכָל־אוֹנָם | Va-yakh kál be-khór be-ar-tzám; re-shít le-khál o-nám. | He struck down all the firstborn in their land, the firstfruits of all their strength. |
| 37 | וַיּוֹצִיאֵם בְּכֶסֶף וְזָהָב וְאֵין בִּשְׁבָטָיו כּוֹשֵׁל | Va-yo-tzi-e-m be-ké-sef ve-za-háv; ve-ein bi-she-va-táv ko-shél. | Then He brought out Israel with silver and gold, and there was none among His tribes who stumbled. |
| 38 | שָׂמַח מִצְרַיִם בְּצֵאתָם כִּי־נָפַל פַּחְדָּם עֲלֵיהֶם | Sa-mákh Mitz-ra-yím be-tze-tám; ki na-fál pa-kha-dám a-le-hém. | Egypt was glad when they departed, for dread of them had fallen upon it. |
| 39 | פָּרַשׂ עָנָן לְמָסָךְ וְאֵשׁ לְהָאִיר לָיְלָה | Pa-rás a-nán le-ma-sákh; ve-ésh le-ha-ír la-y-lah. | He spread a cloud for a covering, and fire to give light by night. |
| 40 | שָׁאַל וַיָּבֵא שְׂלָו וְלֶחֶם שָׁמַיִם יַשְׂבִּיעֵם | Sha-al va-ya-vé se-láv; ve-lé-khem sha-má-yim yas-bi-e-m. | They asked, and He brought quail, and gave them bread from heaven in abundance. |
| 41 | פָּתַח צוּר וַיָּזוּבוּ מָיִם הָלְכוּ בַּצִּיּוֹת נָהָר | Pa-tákh tzur va-ya-zú-vu ma-yím; ha-le-khú ba-tzi-yót na-hár. | He opened the rock, and water gushed out; it flowed through the desert like a river. |
| 42 | כִּי־זָכַר אֶת־דְּבַר קָדְשׁוֹ אֶת־אַבְרָהָם עַבְדּוֹ | Ki za-khár et de-var kod-shó; et Av-ra-hám av-dó. | For He remembered His holy promise, and Abraham, His servant. |
| 43 | וַיּוֹצִא עַמּוֹ בְשָׂשׂוֹן בְּרִנָּה אֶת־בְּחִירָיו | Va-yo-tzé am-mó ve-sa-són; be-ri-náh et be-khi-ráv. | So He brought His people out with joy, His chosen ones with singing. |
| 44 | וַיִּתֵּן לָהֶם אַרְצוֹת גּוֹיִם וַעֲמַל לְאֻמִּים יִירָשׁוּ | Va-yi-tén la-hém ar-tzót go-yím; va-a-mal le-um-mím yi-ra-shú. | And He gave them the lands of the nations, and they took possession of the fruit of the peoples toil. |
| 45 | בַּעֲבוּר יִשְׁמְרוּ חֻקָּיו וְתוֹרֹתָיו יִנְצֹרוּ הַלְלוּ־יָהּ | Ba-a-vúr yish-me-rú khu-káv; ve-to-ro-táv yin-tzó-ru; ha-le-lu-yáh. | That they might keep His statutes and observe His laws. Hallelujah! |
