E-lo-hím nitz-záv ba-a-dat E-l; be-ké-rev e-lo-hím yish-pót. | A Psalm of Asaph. God has taken His place in the divine council; in the midst of the gods He holds judgment:
Sé-lah. | ‘How long will you judge unjustly and show partiality to the wicked? Selah.
Shif-tú-dal ve-ya-tóm; a-ní ve-rash ha-tz-dí-ku. | Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute.
Pal-teú-dal ve-ev-yón; mi-yad re-sha-ím ha-tzi-lú. | Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.’
| They have neither knowledge nor understanding; they walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.
A-ní a-mar-tí e-lo-hím a-tém; u-ve-néi el-yón ku-le-khém. | I said, ‘You are gods, sons of the Most High, all of you.
A-khén ke-a-dám te-mu-tún; u-khe-a-khaád ha-sa-rím ti-po-lú.’ | Nevertheless, like men you shall die, and fall like any prince.’
| Arise, O God, judge the earth; for You shall inherit all the nations!
