Ko-lí el E-lo-hím ve-etz-a-káh; ko-lí el E-lo-hím ve-ha-az-ín e-lái. I cry aloud to God, aloud to God, and He will hear me.
In the day of my trouble I seek the LORD; in the night my hand is stretched out without wearying; my soul refuses to be comforted.
Ez-ke-ráh E-lo-hím ve-e-he-má-yah; a-si-kháh ve-tit-a-téf ru-khí. Sé-lah. When I remember God, I moan; when I meditate, my spirit faints. Selah.
A-kha-ztá she-mu-rót e-nái; nif-a‘m-ti ve-lo a-dab-bér. You hold my eyelids open; I am so troubled that I cannot speak.
Khi-sh-shav-tí ya-mím mi-ké-dem; she-nót o-la-mím. I consider the days of old, the years long ago.
Ez-ke-ráh ne-gi-na-tí ba-láy-lah; im le-vaví a-si-kháh; va-ye-kha-pés ru-khí. I remember my song in the night; I meditate in my heart; my spirit makes diligent search.
Ha-le-o-la-mím yiz-nákh Ado-nái? Ve-lo yo-síf lir-tzót o-d? ‘Will the LORD spurn forever, and never again be favorable?
Ha-a-fés la-né-tzakh khas-dó; ga-már o-mér le-dor va-dór? Has His steadfast love forever ceased? Are His promises at an end for all time?
Ha-sha-kákh kha-n-nót E-l; im ka-fátz be-af ra-kha-máv. Sé-lah. Has God forgotten to be gracious? Has He in anger shut up His compassion?’ Selah.
Va-o-már khal-lo-tí hi; she-nót ye-mín el-yón. Then I said, ‘I will appeal to this, to the years of the right hand of the Most High.’
Ez-kór ma-a-l-léi Yáh; ki ez-ke-ráh mi-ké-dem pil-e-khá. I will remember the deeds of the LORD; yes, I will remember Your wonders of old.
Ve-ha-gí-ti be-khál po-a-le-khá; u-va-a-lu-le-khá a-si-kháh. I will ponder all Your work, and meditate on Your mighty deeds.
